Vera qualità! Mi è stato regalato uno zaino Mueslii, linea "Minimal", almeno 3 o 4 anni fa. Da quel giorno, l'ho usato quotidianamente come zaino di lavoro.
A parte il fatto che esteticamente lo trovo perfetto come zaino professionale (con lo stile minimalista ed il design molto curato), sono soprattutto incredibilmente colpito dal fatto che dopo anni di utilizzo (e tra l'altro anche alle volte maltrattandolo) ancora oggi sembra praticamente nuovo. Mueslii sicuramente tiene molto alla qualità dei suoi prodotti, ne sono oramai certo al 100%! Complimenti!

Backpack weight was wrong on the website. The backpack was 50% heavier. Mueslii agreed to refund the product, but did not want to cover the shipping cost (20 or 25 euros for a backpack at 80 euros). Although the problem was entirely their responsibility. This is not fair. I'm not buying any product from this company

All weight data published on our web site are for reference only, a difference of 100/200 grams is considered acceptable and doesn't imply the product is faulty.
Besides that we are sorry, but we cannot offer free return labels, as we explained you by mail. You are free to return the bag if you are not satisfied, we will immediately refund you the entire price you paid, which might be fair to remind included free shipment from our warehouse.

Highly dissatisfied customer
Your shop shows an estimated delivery time of 2 days. Unfortunately, this is also while the warehouse is obviously closed for public holidays and therefore nothing is being dispatched.
I placed my order on 15 August at
. Your invoice arrived 2 days later and the goods were paid for directly via Paypal.
I have not received a delivery as of 30 September. This is the worst kind of advertising!

Bag good, logistics terrible
The bag itself is great. Nicely made, lots of compartments and pockets for organisation, comfortably holds a 15-inch Microsoft Surface Laptop and a Samsung S7FE tablet. The 'secret pocket' on the back is perfect for e-readers.
Delivery was not up to the mark - don't know whether it was the logistics company or Mueslii but the bag was first delivered to a town with the same name but in another country! This is despite the correct address being entered into the order. The customer service team was very reactive though...

We are sorry that we kept you waiting so long for your bag, but sometimes things with couriers go wrong and yours was an exceptional case. We had never seen a package shipped to the wrong country, though as you said you had entered the correct address and we has shared the same info with our courier.
Anyway we are happy that you like your new Studio Lite, there's a lot of thought behind it!
