I made place order May 2 2025 order made it to USA first few days of June package was delivered to wrong address with same house but different street name right behind me street over homeowner stated she returned it back to local post office and that the post office sent it back to sender I’ve message mugteego dozens of times through email that was given to contact them also tried chat but still no response still no package

I honestly thought mugteeco was a scam. Communication is the issue but my order finally showed up and was perfect

They do not update until you chase,they do not explain the difference between fast and standard shipping,you need to return the product back to them and they do not reply.I do not have anything good to comment...Just avoid them at all costs.

The website is average to mediocre, but their customer service was good, though I wish their live online service was reactive as a bot is supposedely helping you but never answered me, so via email I got the help I needed. They were very nice, and helped me figured out what happened to my package which wasn't their fault. The product was fine though ! (Nice t-shirt)

I ordered a T-shirt from this company early September. I followed their size chart and placed my order. When the shirt arrived it was too small, by almost 4 inches! After many back and forth emails where they admitted to their faulty size chart (which is still incorrect on their website), we agreed to a 50% refund. I have yet to receive the money. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Mugteeco sent a poster of such poor quality. Claimed it was for artistic reasons and did not come to any solution to resolve the matter. The poster is so awful I can't display it. They haven't responded to my other emails or webchat so just being ignored now. Avoid like the plague!

The product is quite good quality, I have bought a lot of these products here. Besides, the support staff "Lisa" is very enthusiastic, once my poster was printed with an error, but Lisa was still very willing to exchange a new poster for me without any extra cost. A great business with great products.
