The website is fine. I ordered the Muhle traditional open comb razor. It is very aggressive which is what I was looking for. Very close shave and it performs as I expected it to from the reviews I read. My only issue is that the handle is VERY smooth which makes it very slippery when wet and I had a difficult time controlling the razor during my shave. I actually traded out the Muhle handle with another DE razor I own to provide a more consistent grip. After that it performed well and I have no issues with it. Overall the Traditional open comb is an excellent product that gives a great shave. I have been using DE razors for over 30 years and have usually used a Murkur 34C. The Muhle open comb is an excellent product that gives consistent aggressive performance. My only suggestion is fix the handle design to be easier to grip. That’s the reason for my 4 star review instead of 5.

I just bought the Muhle R89 Rose gold safety razor directly off the Muhle USA website. I love this razor. It is a razor with a great feel and proper weight. It is a class act razor in my opinion.

I provided everything this company asked, for I was trying to return a shaving set their website specifically states you can return items that have been opened. They asked me for a video to open it to prove that it has not been used. The shaving set has not been used, and they refused to honor it. In addition, telling me I have returned things before therefore they will not honor it. What a horrible place I buy from their Amazon store all the time never again.

I decided to purchase a Pure Matte Stainless Steel Rocca primarily because of its beautiful appearance. I knew it would be a quality razor because the R41 had long been a favorite of mine and I knew that Muhle razors were top notch. Little did I know how much I would enjoy shaving with the Rocca. I was astonished at how smoothly it performs without sacrificing efficiency. The Rocca is so smooth, in fact, that I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone just starting out with DE razors. Now the R41 and the Rocca are both in my top five, and I own dozens of DE razors, both vintage and modern. If I had tried the Rocca earlier in my journey, I would probably own many fewer.

Great product, excellent response time and very good customer service that I benefited from before my purchase. 2 issues though. (i) I live in Canada and the order page of the website gives you the impression that you can benefit from free shipping in Canada when it is not the case; (ii) also I bought a travel shaving soap thinking I was buying the container and the soap when I was only buying the soap for recharge, which leaves me in a bind - my mistake, but not so clear on the website.
