Frederick is very informative!
Very polite speaks clearly and answered all my questions.

Frederick was the best phone rep I have spoken to. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and wanted to make sure his information was accurate. I just can’t speak for the rest of the business only for him.

Frederick made this process so easy and he really understands what my weight battle is because he’s been there himself and that means a lot. He also let me know that he would be with me throughout the weight journey and if I needed anything, he provided me with the number to get in touch with him.

Best experience I could ask for, I am still waiting on shipment but so far everything is great.

Fredrick made my ordering process easy. He gave me tips and other helpful supplement info. I have already reached my goal weight of 150 lbs within about five months, loosing about 65-70 lbs. I believed that I had made a mistake by going with MMRX. I could not get anyone to respond to me and no one answered the phone at any of the numbers. Finally Neekon texted me and then he actually called me and calmed my fears. After that everything was fine and he texted often to keep me informed. My major problem was with the compounding lab out in California. They do not cold pack the medication. My orders arrived with 1 single, small cold pack. This is not acceptable at least to me. I live in Florida and it took over 5 days to get to me. They sent a small printed note that said it was ok for the medication to be delivered warm. I do not believe that. If they had used a real cold pack like other pharmacies I might still be with you/them. Thanks you for asking.

When i was assigned to Hannah, I received a personal contact who knew the importance of communicating. She has kept my meds ordered, provided me when they were ordered and all the details. She kept abreast of what was needed from me and how to be able to keep my prescrptions ordered and sent in a timely manner so I won't run out of my medication. I am provided with Texts and Emails until my meds are received, and she verifies with me I have receiced them.

I have been working with Frederick at multi Med now for several months. He is very responsive and helpful. He has given me tips and suggestions in completing my weight loss goals.

Everything has been extremely easy and convenient . Frederick has been absolutely wonderful. Answers every question and responds to messages very quickly. Would recommend using mmrx to anyone on the fence. Ive lost 19 pounds in 2 weeks now!
