Zero integrity. After securing the product, the developer refused to pay the agreed amount. Plenty of proof of scamming activities. Better look for other hosting/cloud providers.

Title: A complete nightmare—avoid at all costs if you value your uptime.

I honestly don't know where to start with this disaster of a hosting service. I signed up because their introductory pricing looked great, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Actually, in this case, you get significantly less.

First off, the "99.9% uptime guarantee" is a total myth. My server has been down three times in just the last week alone, once for over six hours during peak traffic. When I checked the status page, everything was marked "Operational," which is just insulting. My users were blowing up my Discord wondering why the site was dead, and I had zero answers.

The performance is equally abysmal. I’m paying for a VPS tier that supposedly includes dedicated resources, but the lag is unbearable. SSH sessions constantly time out, and simple database queries take forever to execute. It feels like they are massively overselling their nodes, cramming way too many clients onto a single machine.

But the real deal-breaker is the support—or lack thereof. I opened a critical ticket regarding the downtime, and it took them 6-7 hours to reply with a copy-pasted generic response telling me to "check my plugins." I know my configuration is solid; the issue is on their backend, but they refuse to acknowledge it.

Save yourself the headache and the money. There are plenty of other hosts out there that actually respect their customers and keep their servers running. I’m migrating my data as soon as my backup finishes downloading—assuming the network speed doesn't drop to zero again.

On the performance side, we do not intentionally oversell our nodes, but we acknowledge that performance inconsistencies can occur due to unexpected load or hardware-level issues. We also sincerely apologize for the delay and quality of the support response you received. A 6–7 hour wait for a critical issue is not acceptable by our standards, and we are actively working on improving both response times and the quality of assistance provided.
