Excellent service and product
Good and honest people to deal with! Had a slight issue with the delivery of the items bought. They made good on their promise to get it resolved immediately. Items delivered within 2 hours after issue raised. Even though there were extra cost, it was not passed on to me. Items also of excellent quality and true to what is advertised.

Communication with seller was great, the end product was perfect. The only small issue was with the delivery it wasn’t very clear to select the option to have it delivered to home address was an additional cost. The seller wrap up gifting was aware of what might have happened as she has ran into this with other customers before. She preempted the situation and provided the solutions.

Absolutely delighted with the products i received. Everything was beautiful with all the personalisations and the couple loved them too!
