Dont waste your time Absolute waste of money and time my son was on there books for around a year I updated his photos regularly never got 1 offer applied for all the castings online in his age bracket. I left a negative review previously but they threatened to take his profile off if I didn't delete it, said they would renew it free for a year when comes to an end but now ive noticed his profile has disappeared completely without any email saying its come to an end, total lack of communication.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, and we’d like to clarify a few points for transparency.
Munchkin Models operates as both a modelling agency and a casting platform, where opportunities are entirely client-led. This means models are selected by brands based on specific requirements such as age, look, and location, and unfortunately no agency can guarantee bookings.
During your time on the platform, Marley’s profile was live and visible to clients, and access to casting opportunities was available throughout. The platform is designed to work through a combination of client searches, agency submissions, and parent applications, all of which play a role in outcomes.
In relation to your account, profiles remain live for the duration of the term. If a term ends, profiles may no longer be visible unless renewed. We do not remove profiles without cause, and we’re always happy to clarify account status when contacted.

Im just lost that for all the words on the English language we have to have Munchkin Models and Munckins Talent agency on the one planet and have to descifre between which one is legit. Can we get clarity about which one is legit, operates in Australia and doesnt want endless fees before u can even apply for an event never mind god forbid ever actually going to a casting🤷🏼♂️

After reviewing the details you provided by email today, it appears you are registered with Munchkin Talent in Australia and have also mentioned Synergy, which are separate companies and platforms that are not connected to Munchkin Models.
Munchkin Models operates independently and is not affiliated with Munchkin Talent, Synergy, or any similarly named organisations.
We completely understand how confusing it can be when multiple businesses have similar names, but the situation you’ve described does not relate to our platform.

Child led professional shoot
My daughter’s test-shoot was a very lovely, relaxed experience. It gave her the experience she needed, and the photographer clearly had the professional experience and knew how to guide my 8 year old.

Please take this as a warning to avoid this agency, and please take note of the other reviews which share the same views. Wasted money on what is a yearly subscription or what some call the joining fee, all communication stops once paid. No intention of getting any work and selling what i can only class as a fake dream. Again please avoid and save your money!

For clarity, Mason joined on 8th December — just over two months ago. In the modelling industry, particularly for newborn babies (Mason is currently three months old), opportunities can take time as demand for this age group is limited and highly specific.
Casting decisions are entirely client-led, and no reputable agency can guarantee work within a set timeframe.
We have responded to you privately with detailed guidance on how to optimise Mason’s profile, including improving the main headshot, which plays a significant role in client engagement.
We categorically reject the suggestion that we are a scam. We operate transparently and continue to represent families internationally.
