They made what can often be a stressful situation feel straightforward and well managed. I felt kept informed at every stage and never had to chase for updates. Their knowledge of the local market was clear, and they handled everything efficiently and with care.

Excellent service
Due to the current issues with renting out property the government has caused we have decided to sell our rental property portfolio and chose Mundy's due to our past help from Steven Spivey in the commercial department. With regards to the sale we were appointed Vicki to deal with sales progression and she was brilliant chased everything constantly, annoyed everyone in the process further down the chain but without her the last sale wouldn't of happened. In my experience Mundys works for the seller but really tries hard to help everyone in the chain. Brilliant service
Company employees are knowledgeable and helpful
The field staff were knowledgeable regarding the letting market and made useful suggestions to prepare the property for the rental market. They were on top current regulations and of the new changes to the rental law to ensure I had all the correct checks done in good time. They explained the different levels of service they provide with clear costs involved. The Office staff were reactive and meticulous correcting any errors and were quick to supply paperwork and keep me updated regarding potential tenants.

I wish I’d read these reviews a year ago, I would never have got involved I renting from them. I moved into the property after 3 people moved out (within days of them leaving) the inspection report was sent to me but there was quite a bit not shown on it, broken parts of the fridge, dirty cabinets in the kitchen, broken lamp shades in the hallway (well missing fixings actually), rusty towel rail, mould around the bath, broken bath facia to name a few, I sent the photos in on day 1. I spent the first day cleaning cupboards and removing cotton wool from the window ventilation.
A year on, I spent a week cleaning the place had all the carpets cleaned and left the place better than I found it! I had rugs down and never entered the house without removing my shoes, I kept the place better than if it were my own, I’m a 62 year old bloke who works 4 12 hr shifts and when I’m not working I’m out Touring the uk and Europe on my motorcycle so I was very seldom at home. I was warned a few months back that Mundy’s have a habit of withholding deposits and making unwarranted charges, but I thought that wouldn't happen to me, they inspected the property 3 times during my 12 month lease and never once had any concerns about the condition. Nearer the end of my tenancy I made a complaint about how they had left the property after a planned viewing (I wasn’t there) they left every light on, it was obvious they hadn’t removed their shoes as there were bits on the carpet brought in from outside, every door was left open and the patio doors were left unlocked!!
I actually moved out 10 days earlier (with all cleaning done) but it took them 12 days to do an inspection, the inspection was not a like for like inspection to the one when I moved in, despite their claims it was (strange how I cannot access the property file though to prove it) anyway it was a damming report regarding cleanliness which I was absolutely livid about, I was blamed for the light shades being broken and a missing fire remote! I did challenge the report but found out it was done by one of the partners of the company so that was a waste of time! I could go on for hours but I urge you to read the 49% of 1 star reviews and steer well clear

Very average, arranged with the letting agency a viewing, drove 150 miles to meet the landlord of a rental property, waited 1 hour, nobody showed up for the appointment. no apology, arrogant attitude. avoid these time wasters.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a rental agency. Communication was nearly nonexistent—I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information like move-in dates and key pick-up details. When I finally got into the house was not great it was dirty, with leftover building dust , couple broken fixtures.
The staff seemed completely indifferent and often gave conflicting answers. On top of that, they tried to withhold part of my deposit for “damages” that were already there when I moved in, despite the fact I documented everything with photos, and still stealing my money.
avoid this rental company small tin pot company which is so poor need to keep your money. ! Will keep all despot…. Make up additional costs.

After self-managing my portfolio for many years I am now too old to deal with all the hassle. As Mundys have given excellent service when selling property for me and finding tenants I decided to bite the bullet and get a quote for management. I am SO pleased I did. My fears of a reduced income because of fees were countered by the increased rents negotiated with tenants. Mundys have been utterly reliable, helpful and professional throughout, fair to me and my tenants. I wish I had done it years ago. A big 'Thank You' to Hymie and all the team, you are all wonderful.
Quality, friendly service.
The service provided was prompt and responsive. I was kept in the loop at all times and found the staff very friendly and approachable and we're always happy to deal with any queries I may have had. There was always somebody readily available at the end of the telephone if and when I needed to call.
