Excellent company with MACH fast delivery

Item received within days and just what I wanted. But unfortunately too small.
I need to know where to return it to as it’s not clear on the website. Have left 2 voicemails and used the contact form and email address as wanted a replacement on time for Father’s Day. It’s going to be too late now so really hoping the returns address on the website is the correct one as I’m just sending it back there via recorded delivery and hoping for the best!

Having never heard of muoti before, I was a little unsure of ordering. However I received my order within 2 days of the placement - exactly the item as ordered and in pristine condition. Overall very happy for discovering this site.

The products on this website are top class. Was looking for a specific item for about a year and muoti clothing pulled it out the bag. Unbelievable service.

Customer Service extremely helpful. I accidentally returned a ladies’ jacket to Muoti Clothing rather than a company with a very similar name.

All of the following happened today in just a few hours.

Muoti Clothing contacted me immediately to say they had received the jacket (together with a photograph of the opened parcel), letting me know I’d sent it to the wrong company, and very kindly asked for my address so they could return it to me!! 😳

I replied apologising for this and adding I’d just found out the company I should’ve returned it to is in Hong Kong. I thanked them but explained that I don’t wish to pay postage from the UK, so asked them not to bother about returning the jacket to me.

Muoti Clothing were so helpful, then offering to take the jacket to their local charity shop on my behalf 🙏

What amazing service from a company I hadn’t even heard of, let alone bought from! Probably the best customer service I have known in my 65 years!! Apparently Muoti Clothing only sell menswear. However, I’ve been so impressed by them that I’ll be heading straight to their website ahead of my husband’s next birthday!

Excellent service, I ordered the wrong size. I returned the item and exchanged for a larger size it was with me 2 days later. Can’t ask for better service. Amazing guys, will definitely used again!!!!
