Une honte! on laisse un étudiant à a la rue

Une honte!Logement un coliving pour faire les études de mon fils. Le logement a pris l'eau. Solution de repli trouvé pour un mois et ensuite il promene de logement en logement sans solution pérenne. Jusqu'a aujourd'hui ou il est enfermé dehors il ne peut plus récupérer ses affaire et Muppy s'en fiche... a fuir

I shared a flat outside of the center…

I shared a flat outside of the center of Madrid and the area was very well connected, maintenance guy was very attentive and helpful, cleaning person did a good job and they help with some issues with the flatmates

worst experience

I made a reservation with Muppy that I tried to cancel just a few days after the allowed deadline, due to a family problem. There were still many months until my trip, and they said they couldn't refund me immediately, but that they would make the apartment available and that, if someone else booked it, they would return the amount I had advanced. However, they made the reservation with another person, as I was able to verify both on the website and by calling them pretending to be someone else, and they never returned my money.
There was exploitation and inhumanity on the part of those responsible for this platform, so I will never use it again and I will never recommend them to anyone. An experience not to be repeated.
I'm only not giving zero stars because that option is not allowed.

Horrible description of how the Airbnb works. You need to download apps, register with emails that you confirm with their “team” that is based somewhere in India by the accent. There is no toilet paper when you arrive, neither is there towels or things to clean dishes with.
It’s impossible to contact the team if you need something. If you loose your phone or it runs out of battery you are locked out and there is no help to be had.

To ice the cake today the fire alarm went off, it took 15minitues before a guest figured out how to turn it off. No firemen came so I guess it’s not connected to them? And by no account should guests be turning off a fire alarm. That should be done by someone that knows for sure that there is no actual fire.

I hope they get their license revoked for negligence.

Ruined my stay and week

They failed to update the status of my booking, so I had to stay at the hotel, dragging my suitcases after a recent surgery. Contacted 4 people, of which the first three said “we don’t know anything, we don’t have you in the system”, and only the fourth one admitted a mistake. Failed to provide a solution, horrible experience, and staff.

Let me be clear


Let me be clear, Muppy Coliving Malaga has nothing to do with real coliving. Yes, the rooms may look nice in photos, but don’t be fooled everything is extremely dirty. The floors are disgusting; I doubt they’ve ever been mopped or cleaned properly.

It’s also incredibly noisy . People talk loudly, music, and scream throughout the night with zero respect for others. I even recorded it and sent it as proof, but once again no action was taken. The rules in the contract mean nothing here... The terrace is a disaster , just look at the pictures and you’ll see how badly maintained it is.

And the worst part? It’s ridiculously expensive for what you get. You’re paying a premium price for a place that doesn’t even meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or support.

This place feels more like a poorly run hostel than anything resembling a “coliving” space. I deeply regret moving in here. If you care about hygiene, peace, sleep, and basic decency , stay far away from Muppy it’s a scam

The worst rental experience I’ve ever had - Muppy should be ashamed.

We moved into a Muppy-managed apartment in Valencia in May, trusting their “professional” image and all the promises of a modern, hassle-free home. What we got was filth, dysfunction, and total neglect.

The apartment was disgusting when we arrived, trash on the floor, blood on the walls, and feces still in the toilet. It was clear no one had even bothered to clean. The air conditioning never worked, not once, through weeks of 40+ degree heat. A maintenance guy came once, said replacing it was “too expensive,” promised to bring a portable “penguin” AC unit, and then disappeared. They clearly waited for summer to end instead of fixing it.

The dishwasher leaked constantly, soaking the floor and stinking up the kitchen. When a shower failure flooded the business below, we lost access to the communal bathroom, and other tenants started using our private one, removing our privacy. It was actually the business downstairs, not Muppy, who sent someone to fix the problem.

And the cockroaches, seven in an hour was our record. I emailed Muppy multiple times, got no reply, and not one visit from pest control. They eventually offered a €100 “discount” (not a refund!) to cover a cleaning fee, even though we spent €200 cleaning their mess. Naturally, we never received that €100 either.

Months of emails, zero accountability. They ignored us completely while we paid full rent for unlivable conditions. Only once we finally moved out did we get our deposit back - but no compensation, no apology, no professionalism whatsoever.

If you’re thinking of renting with Muppy, don’t. You will regret it. They are unresponsive, dishonest, and completely indifferent to the people who live in their properties. I’ve rented all over Europe and never encountered a company this careless or disrespectful.

Muppy is a scam wrapped in branding, avoid them at all costs.

LOCKED OUT FOR 4 DAYS | NO HELP AT ALL

[BE WARNED] Whatever you do, do not book at this place. They have locked me out of my apartment for four days and did not do anything to fix it. They have an 'emergency' line, but they will not do anything for you. You are literally out on the streets, you have no acces to your clothes, wallet, charger or medicine and they don't do anything. If you want to be safe, don't use this platform!

I have called 18 times, have filled 12 forms on their platform, have mailed 8 times on top of that and all they do is gaslight. Without any help only sending me a review request, asking about their service. Here you have my review.

No bed during 6 weeks !

We had the private suite for €900 and were treated like trash. Worst customer service: no one available, bathroom exploded ( poop in the bathtub, mold in the AC, bug colony in the bedroom, doors of the dresser broken, black mold in the shower, broken cupboards and outside curtains. Nothing worked during 10 months despite our constant requests. We had a broken bed and they came to take it away but did not have the proper bed to replace it. We went without a bed for 6 weeks !!!! This is supposed to be a furnished experience ! We were moved from place to place and then to a hotel, but they only covered two nights, while we still had no bed ! We are still fighting to get a refund without answers- Juiliana is not answering and Arturo is not helpful, just turning the things around to tell you this will be fixed “manana” and juste never get fixed. They lie and just stop answering when you remind them contract and laws. At the same time, I’m sharing photos of this nightmare in Valencia on Google- Do not do business with them! They are thieves and extremely cheap! Navellos 8.

⚠️ Warning – never book anything with them! SCAM
I was unable to access the accommodation because the code didn’t work. It took three days until I could reach someone, and they claimed everything was working fine. I waited over 8 hours in front of the door, and it never worked. No one came to help or take care of the situation.After 1 Week I could enter the room - and it was so shitty - That's SCAM

Now they’re refusing to refund the money, even though I was never able to enter the place. I strongly advise everyone against using this company. I will now have to take legal action.
