Very disappointing
Rented a property from Murcia Services and was very happy with service I received from them especially maintenance department When my husband and myself signed the lease we did so in the office were given the keys and proceeded to the house. We noticed within a couple of days it stated 6 wrist bands on the contract we had signed. There were no wrist in the property. We telephoned the lady from the office to notify her of this and we're told we could collect from office. We never got round to doing that as we were busy visiting out family friends who live in La Torre covid happened following month and we did not visit for over a year. When contract was up this month I explained about wrist bands. I was informed I had to pay €150 as lady dealing with our rental no longer worked for Murcia Services and they had no record of our conversation Long story cut short it was not the money that bothered me it was the attitude of Andrea in the office I was more or less called a liar and a problematic tennant with an e mail threatening me she would inform new rental company I was renting from her words we all know each other and will notify them you are a problem!! This really upset me as all I was trying to point out it was not my fault and didn't see why u should pay €150 for something I notified office was not there. As I say up until this I could not fault them. So beware do not sight contract in their office check property first. Such a shame as this has left me feeling very let down by a company I had had a good relationship with fo for 2.5 years.
