Your firm was recommended by a friend. I had not heard of you before. From the start I was impressed by the friendly and helpful attention I received on the phone. The plumbing problem was addressed as soon as practicable in view of Bank Holidays and the unexpected necessity of obtaining a new toilet was dealt with promptly on the same day. The workmen were pleasant and reassuring and druggeting was put down to protect the carpets. I would not hesitate to use Murfin's again.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service, quality and reasonably priced too. Communication and reliability has been excellent. Used for fitting a new boiler, gas safety checks along with electrical safety inspection.

Reliability is key
I use Murfins for all gas servicing and safety checking all my properties because they are the only heating engineers I have discovered who do what they say they will do at the time they say they will do it and at a reasonable cost

Boiler service
Offered quick appointment to service boiler, turned up on time and carried out work requested. Provided a comprehensive service report which is the first time I have ever been given such a report.
Definitely recommended.
