Recently ordered a door from Murphy door. The ordering process was very easy, and I truly appreciate the fact that the company follows up to confirm all order details. Savannah was wonderful in reviewing and confirming everything with me, and I really appreciated the fact that she followed up when I did not respond (Life gets in the way!); she was very friendly, and made sure that everything was correct before the order was submitted, and made sure that I had all of the details of delivery, etc. to be prepared for receiving the door. Cannot wait to receive it and get it installed!

Staff are very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and gave very clear and easy instructions. I've had the pleasure of having Savannah as my personal concierge and am very happy to know I can reach out to her anytime with other questions.

Savannah was great! She went over every detail on all 3 doors and helped with getting just primer added so I can paint them myself.

Vica was amazing as my personal Concierge. We found a mistake in the materials and she immediately corrected and update the order to ensure it was as I needed. Great Service!! I purchased my first ever Murphy Door this morning. So far I have been very impressed, from ordering through Andrew to the follow up with Vica. This seems to be a first class organization.

Savannah went above and beyond to make sure the Murphy door I ordered fits my need, and helped me through my lack of understanding of carpentry dimensions, etc
