The concierge service call with Savannah was the best customer service experience I ve had in a very long time. The fact that Murphy door actually cares about the customers end result is fantastic. Making sure people understand what they are purchasing and how to receive and install the product is really impressive. Savannah was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Sent pictures with measurements. “Andrew” replied quickly & answered all our questions, which were many. Had a couple of last minute changes that he was able to handle before placing our order.

After ordering “Savannah,” our concierge, contacted us to verify our order & make sure everything was correct & the step by step process going forward. She has been great at keeping us up to date.

It was easy to order online. Once I ordered Alijah reached out and was fantastic! He made sure I had completed my order correctly and answered quite a few questions I had. He was able to text me which was easier while I was at work. He sent me pictures of what the latches would look like. We had a confirmation phone call that was quick and easy. He was great to work with.

I thought it was really nice to have someone call and verify everything before just sending it out. I had ordered the book latch to go with the surface mount door and I had no idea it wasn’t going to work with that door. It was really nice to have the opportunity to talk with Alijah so I could cancel the book latch before it shipped. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions.
