Very helpful staff. Delivery lads were friendly and helpful. The furniture is lovely and good quality and pricing was very reasonable. The option to have the furniture delivered fully assembled was such a time saver too. Would highly reccomend this company

Hi, I needed an wardrobe for a small bedroom on the ground floor for my mum who had taken a heart attack and could not use the stairs anymore. It was a rush to get the room ready for her coming home from hospital. Everything was so expensive and our budget was running out. I seen the wardrobe that would be ideal and at the right price. Well the service and delivery was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you Murphy Furniture. I will use again.

I recently bought the Malvern 6 drawer chest online. It arrived in 2 boxes. There is about 50 pieces in it, I have had a terrible time trying to assemble it, you would need 2 people and a drill. Or better still a skilled carpenter!! The whole unit is rubbish anyway, flimsy and bad quality.
Was not worth the effort.
Murphy’s asked me was I happy with my purchase and I said NO definitely not!
They said I could return it and they would issue me a refund less 20% for restocking
So I just decided it wasn’t worth the journey or any more effort on my part

Ordered bed and mattress 3 weeks ago. The only contact I've had is the first email telling me it'll be 1-3 weeks until it's delivered and when they get updates I will be informed. No updates whatsoever and when I call the number they gave for assistance I am put straight to voicemail

Delivered on time and the bed quality and finish was superb. Will buy again

I bought the Oslo round glass top dining table. It looks exactly as in the picture and it's good quality and sturdy. Ideal for 4, but can accommodate 6 if needed. The glass and skinnier legs make my small dinning area looks bigger and classy.
The delivery was stress free. The table arrived two weeks after I bought it. They called to confirm date and the delivery guys called 20' before they arrived. The guys were lovely, I was in the middle of painting and they were very careful not to touch any fresh paint (thanks a lot!).The table was well packaged and protected, with the top and legs in separate boxes.
Overall I am delighted with my purchase and highly recommend Murphy furniture. Many thanks.

Customer service arranged delivery and changed delivery day without issue (my fault, apologies) and without crazy delivery charges.

I ordered a sideboard online and chose the option to collect in store, the unit was showing as 'in stock'. There was some delivery information on the site but as I was collecting the unit I assumed this did not apply. I went to the store to collect it and I was told that I would have to wait for delivery to the store from the distributor. As I found out, the website is separate from the actual local store outlet which is not clear from the website. I, like most people, assume that when you select a local branch and an item is marked as in stock and you if you choose to collect, the item should be available almost immediately unless otherwise stated. Most other online stores with a collect option show what is in stock at a particular store and ready for collection, the click and collect option should tell you when you can expect to collect CLEARLY.

I ordered an office table and paid for it online. I received no order acknowledgment in my email so I had to ring to find out if it actually went through. I was told it was to be delivered the following week. I received a phone call the day before telling me of delivery the next day, and a call on day of delivery with a time slot. However when the desk was brought I was told that they couldn’t bring it upstairs as they were not insured. My husband and I are in our 60s and are unable to lift furniture. So it had to sit in our hall for four days until we could get family to bring it upstairs. Now, how ridiculous is it for a furniture company not to bring furniture up the stairs?. I suggest you get insurance so as to give a proper service, We were very pleased with the desk and the staff were very nice but I would not buy from the company again for this reason. Also, you need to update your online service so that the customer knows what’s happening.

The delivery was fast and very well assisted by the staff. I bought a 200€ desk and to be honest, the material is not that good, the instructions to follow up are strange and some pieces doesn’t fit properly if you compare with the instructions. I won’t buy again something “cheap” in this company.
