Products are vast choice and real not fakes … arrived quick and although didn’t quite do the job it was my fault not theirs 👍

Very good company have used them for my hair products for while now. They had one hiccup and sent incorrect product but this was rectified very quickly . Thank you.

I received one of two items ordered and had to chase up the whereabouts of the second item. Got a standard email response blaming COVID for the delay in parcel deliveries that is not really relevant now. A few days later I got another email saying that it hadn’t been sent and then another saying it was out of stock and I’d get refunded! This is information that should be shown on the website before the point of purchase to avoid disappointment! Other companies do this so ‘Murphy!’, get your act together! Other than this, good prices and tracked delivery, but not sure I would be bothered to order from them again until they get their stock system sorted out!

Items arrived however Murphy's left a delivery note for the courier without my consent advising to leave the parcel on the floor. I live in an area that has an open outdoor area (no private garden) where it is not safe to deliver and leave a parcel on the floor luckily I had a decent courier who knocked on the door and advised me of the note and had the decency not to leave the parcel on the floor whereby any stranger could have took it walking by!

I order original mango and lime smell product, as showed on website and my invoice. But I received Moringa smell products.
Not what I wanted, not one reply to my emails for a return, exchange or refund.

Well packaged and quick delivery. All products as expected from description. Looked around prior to purchase of products and prices were also good . Would definitely buy from your company again.

Speedy delivery again, products are great value for money. Same items are 40% more on Amazon! Got a couple of tubs of Baby Curls (Aunt Jackie's) and some pomade which are now regular buys. Trying to support smaller businesses and this one we appreciate, and even saved money with.
