Bestilte noget pre-workout d. 17/3 og har lige modtaget varen i dag. Jeg var skeptisk grundet nogle dårlige anmeldelser, men kundeservice svarede hurtigt på mail, og fik også rettet leveringsadressen for mig, da jeg ved et uheld havde indtastet forkert adresse.

It seems not possible to make an account by them. Nowhere to find any link to make an account.
Nowhere to find on their website any contact info.
No updates about your package.
Musclesupplements.eu doesnt send the products after paying it seems, while already 7 days it shows that the order isn't processed.
Perhaps one of these days I receive the products, or not....... but they let you be under stress all that time, because as said:
- not any other information then 1 email, directly after I paid, so no any update about the order
-not any contact possibility for questions (no email adress, telephone number, not even to find the country they operate from)
- not possible to register/make an account by them
In short:
It was relatively an impulsive buy from me and now I regret of not have checked this website in advance.
Till now, 7 days after I have paid, whereby since this paying I didn't receive any updates about my package, it feels for me as a scam.

Just to clarify: are you sure your order was placed on musclesupplements.eu? On our website, it is indeed possible to create an account during checkout, and you can find our contact information clearly listed at the bottom (footer) of every page.
We’ve also checked our system, and we can’t find any order under your name or email address. Could it be that your purchase was made on a different website with a similar name?

Bought bcaa and whey isolate, great range of different brands
So I placed an order to their webshop, no email of order confirmation after payment, and after emailing several times, not even one is answered. So until now, I have not heard back from them. Seriously, stressing me out!
Bestilte Onsdag d. 12/1-2022, en uge er gået, har hverken modtaget forsendelsesmail eller mine varer, men pengene blev trukket med det samme. Svarer ej hellere på mail. Handler aldrig her igen, er simpelthen for ringe!!!
Terrible company bad service no follow up package delivered to wrong person no refund and company not interested in sorting this out . Avoid them .
Promised estimated delivery was 2-4 days, but took more like the double of that.
But for the rest, everything is great.
I'm not in a hurry with this order, but with wish there estimation is better.
All in all, will order again

Made a simple order and only once i wrote them they did not even answer me but instead transfered me back my money with no answer to why they couldnt fullfill my order and send me the items.
Not shopping here again.. big dissapointment.
