We hired Musemind to design our web app and mobile app, and unfortunately the quality of the work did not come close to matching their marketing.

The core problem was a complete lack of design consistency. No reusable components were defined, so the same elements — inputs, buttons, fields — looked and behaved differently from screen to screen. The Figma file was put together unprofessionally: most screens appeared to be copy-pasted rather than built on any structured design system.

The mobile design was clearly an afterthought. There was no design system for it at all; screens were simply copied over from the web designs, to the point that we found leftover web artifacts like fields labelled "Paragraph (p tag)" sitting in the mobile mockups.

When we raised these issues and repeatedly asked for proper components, the response was half-hearted — components were added in some places and ignored in others. In cases where elements didn't fit on a screen, padding was simply cut from buttons and other elements to force them into place, rather than the layout being properly reworked.

The overall impression was a team that invests heavily in flashy landing pages and presentation, but treats the real, detailed work as an inconvenience. Despite the work being roughly half finished and poorly executed, they pushed hard to be paid in full.

I would not recommend Musemind to anyone who needs a properly structured, consistent, production-ready design.

Very big let down. Wouldn't recommend after wasting months of our time all for cheap and poor quality templates being sold to us.
