My experience working with Sian has been completely 5 stars through the whole process. I had a unique case as i was in a Let-to-buy situation with adverse credit. Sian went above and beyond to secure me the best possible outcome. Sian not only dealt with the lenders but was also having to deal with the estate agents constantly requesting updates. Sian handled everything so professionally and kept me feeling assured that i was with the right broker. Rightly so. Im a happy customer! I am a first time buyer and had absolutely no idea how to go about buying a property or getting a mortgage or what other things I may need.
