had posted earlier about getting the wrong belt shield for my mower deck..since then I talked to a rep, and they will be sending me the correct one..and will have instructions how to ship the other one back.. picker made an error ...nobody is perfect

I ordered a left hand belt shield on one order, and placed another order for the left hand belt shield for my 42" john deere mower..... the 2nd order I received was the same exact shield as the left hand one previously sent. the 2nd order was held up because it was not in stock,althought the site showed in stock...…. not a happy camper......what is your return policy ?

Ordered part with ease. Was best price on internet for a new JD part. Delivered in a timely manner and part was as described and worked perfectly. Will order from Mutton Power again.

Small order; bolt broke and threw a special bushing; I paid far more for shipping than the parts I received the custom part that was not available locally, but an additional bolt I ordered just to make sure I had it all was the wrong size (did not match the parts diagram or what was invoiced). I was able to find one I had stashed so I did not need the right one to be shipped, but (two weeks later) I still have no response from the company to either of the messages I sent through the ticket system about the wrong size being sent. Since the part in question was worth less than a dollar, just a apology would have gone a long way.
