The guys were awesome went above and beyond!

An excellent company. From the sales rep, to the moving co-ordinator, to the movers themselves, all of them were pleasant, personable, and professional. Leading up to the move I had many unforseen issues with scheduling and they accommodated me without a problem. The day of the move was quick, efficient and painless. I would highly recommend them.

The movers went above and beyond. They handled our 3 part move in one day, we’re extremely nice and helpful, and even helped put my bed together! A+++

Two gentlemen arrived and immediately started wrapping up the furniture. They were in and out in less than 90 minutes. Upon arrival to the new residence they immediately started bringing the furniture upstairs. Removed doors from hinges where needed. One item was too large to bring in the front so they brought it in through the back door with no hesitation. Cleaned up. Left no mess and zero damage to anything. Excellent experience all around.

Excellent job and efficient. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. I would say to talk with a rep to make sure you’re describing the items correctly. I was able to reduce my cost by describing what I have rather than just filling out the form.

I typically don't write reviews for many companies, but knew after my experience using Muuv I had to! I was researching many different moving companies, getting different quotes, and came across this company with one of the best prices and response times! This was my 10th time moving in New York, and wanted the easiest and budget friendly moving company. From start to finish they made my move the easiest and best one I've experienced in New York City. The movers were careful with all of my boxes and furniture, and even took apart and reassembled my bed. They also provided me with wardrobe boxes, which made packing clothes on hangers much easier. The entire moving process went by super quick and the movers couldn't have been friendlier and attentive. They even rearranged my furniture in different places in my new apartment, to make sure I liked the new layout of my place. If I could recommend any type of moving company to use, I wouldn't hesitant to recommend Muuv or to use again for myself. Big thank you to Muuv for making my move as seamless and stress-free as possible! You will not be disappointed!

This was my third time moving with MUUV and was another amazing experience. They always make the move so easy, fast and enjoyable. Normally moving is so stressful but they make the experience the complete opposite of that. Always super professional & personable. The workers are always so nice and great to work with. They took amazing care of my belongings and really made the process not only not stressful, but fun and exciting. Moving with Muuv was definitely one of the best decisions I have made all year. I chose the company because it was “so pretty” on instagram and ended up having one of my best moving experiences EVER! My sales person asked all the right questions and then someone even called me to confirm, I was able to add some stuff I forgot (I’m very forgetful). Their app shows you who will be arriving before hand, that was cool. My Crew arrived 20 minutes early (before I even got there!) by the time 9am came around all their materials were in my apartment and ready to go. The entire team worked so well together one person packed the items I forgot (sorry!) one person disassembled the necessary items and the other guy organized and pushed all ready items into the hallway, it was very reassuring to just be able to sit back and scroll instagram. They were out of my apartment and onto delivery in less than 3 hours! I wasn’t at the delivery, my wife was, but they had this app that I was able to follow the truck the entire time to let her know their ETA. 10/10 recommended if you are looking for an easy AFFORDABLE move that you can book with just your phone and a few phone calls.
