Easy to use website and had a coupon code that really helped bring the price down.
Found what I was looking for most cheap on Muziker, plus the discount topped it off.
Delivery date was confirmed, then got delayed 4 days which was massively inconvenient, but this may have been a courier issue.

Good communication on delayed order
Good communications about my order of an audiophile pressing which quickly sold out at MUZIKER, and there was a few week delay while waiting on new stock arriving from Rhino.

Company left a very positive impression on me. I bought a DAW from them, had to wait a little to get the licence, but customer support was excellent and very friendly. I would buying from them again.

God solid product arrived here fast. Top-notch customer service, any questions got answered promptly. Once delivered unit working properly on your one concern, the UBS lead wasn't in the box, but sometimes as he do not come with the unit. What's uprising that perfect?

Regarding the USB lead: we checked with the manufacturer, and this particular unit isn't actually supposed to come with a USB cable in the box — it's not included by design, rather than something missing from your package. Apologies if that wasn't clear from the product listing!

Fast but expensive delivery
Fast delivery, however delivery to the UK was very expensive at nearly £25.
The shaman ritual drum is okay. However I’m not entirely happy with the quality. It is bespoke in some ways, imperfect if you look too closely. However I do actually love it and its imperfections.
The only reason I dropped one star off the review was because of the cost of delivery that said it did arrive as expected and very quickly.

My overall experience was great
My overall experience was great, the website easy to use, my order quick to complete.
Your help desk and assistance is also top notch.
The only part that frustrates me and deducts from a perfect 5 star review is the choice of delivery company, and their difficulties in getting my package to it's intended destination. It is yet to arrive, so no opinion on the product as of now.
In all other considerations I am immensely pleased with every part of your services.
