Great payment gateway highly recommended
I have a web agency who build ecommerce websites and recently i worked with Michael on our latest project the client is very happy. The payment gateway was really easy to set up on my end, I am building another website and Michael will be setting me up with the gateway for this too.
I will use modern world in future for any eCommerce work.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers who don’t stand by their word or their employees. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they just fire the representatives who sold us the service to wash their hands of the situation. Stay away! We own three shops in town and were scammed by this firm. We are reporting them to the necessary authorities and taking legal action.

Fenton was a great help
Fenton was a great help, super friendly and explained everything with ease.
He got me some great rates in comparison to my old provider.
Set up my new card machine for my salon really quickly and seems will always be available if any issues arise.

Shift4 card machine
Sam is great guy. Listens well he engages with his clients and works with them at finding the best deal. He was the first that approached me. He understood the set up of the business. Not pushy was willing just give me the facts.

Stay well clear!
A rep from this company visited me unannounced during my trading hours. When I was asked when my current suppliers contract was due to end, I asked them to check as I was busy serving customers.
I was told that it was due to end and taking them at their word, I signed the relevant paperwork.
When I finally got chance to check when the current contract was due to end, I found out it was not for another 6 months or so.
When I called their customer service department, I was told I can’t cancel because I signed their contract and I should have known or checked when my contract was due to end.
I am now being bullied into paying for the card machine rental with the threat of a debt recovery agency.
I wouldn’t trust or recommend Modern World Business Solutions.
The may be cheaper but their customer service is abysmal.

first class sevice
Brenton and his colleagues where brilliant and very informative.
Helped us move away for our previous company with prices that we could not turn down, saving us as a small business quite a bit per year.
they help you every step of the way and put you under no pressure to use them. to be honest they dont need to as their prices say it all.
Our new terminal arrived and we had help to set it up, quite straight forward though.

Had a great experience with modern world, upgraded by existing terminal from another provider which wasn't working like it should have been. I got recommended by a customer of mine which I'm glad I did. Saving me a heap of money in fees plus the communication and set up was flawless. Love all the new functions and app for my terminal.
