My Digitalplanner 

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought it somehow thinking it was Franklin Covey. I paid and nothing to download on a weekend. I thought that was odd. Took my money but can’t do anything. Contacted my bank. Suddenly, I get the links when I tell them I stopped payment with my bank. They say I downloaded the software so no refund. Yet I didn’t download it. It’s nowhere. Still going back and forth. Beware these people are scammers.

Made a purchase and was charged for additional items without approving. Impossible to speak with anyone to resolve problem.

Wish checked here first. Looks like I have been ripped off. :( video made it look awesome but unable to access or see anything. Download was a pdf and video without sound. Puts me off buying anything digital which a shame as there are some good products out there.
If you are checking this company out before buying, good on you. I was a little to happy to click and buy first.

Terrible!
Wish I would have read the review so I would not have bought this!!! It's just a pdf file. Need a paid reader to be able to fill it with your notes. Thought it was software so I would be able to make appointments and have it on all my devices. But no and it is hardly suited for window computers

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I WILL BE CONTSCTING MY BANK TO DISPUTE THIS CHARGE! I CANCEL THIS AND MY ACCOUNT IS STILL GETTING CHARGED!!!!!

I didn't purchase because I have been screwed by another fb ad digital planner company, so I went to their website to see if it was same company (it seems to not be) but check their privacy page. As of 8.25.24, there is no contact info there, nor are any of the spots you're supposed to fill in filled in. They just put a shell of a privacy page without updating it to make it their own. Which is against commerce regulations.

I spent £39:95 on this product which proved totally inadequate and inappropriate for my needs.
I requested a refund within 14 days which is pretty normal in the UK which was refused.

I would advise anyone intending to purchase this product to be very wary of both the product and the organisation.

Spent 35 dollars and wasted my money. No support or respons to emails. Had to spent $9 on an add on. This is a scam.

Scam. Made to look like the legit one but is useless.

Order product downloaded it, it didn’t work. Got in touch with company. No help and no refund of money. Product doesn’t work and they keep your money

Total waste of time and money. Too cumbersome

I wasted $29 for a planner that has the wrong day of the week for 2024. May 3rd falls on Friday, not Wednesday.
I have contacted the company and started a dispute with PayPal.
I am very disappointed.

I didn't purchase but almost did before reading reviews! I did question why I could not go onto my App Store and download, so I stopped and then read reviews.

First off: why is the rating 1.8 when ALL REVIEWS have ONE STAR?
i also downloaded the all-included DIGITAL planner.
i should have known something was up when they asked me to add bundles (wasn't ALL included???).
But then, all I could download were 4 small pdf files, and a larger one (60-pages) with a planner to print.
Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I opened a dispute.

Just spent over $100 on various planners from the website after watching YouTube videos about how easy this was to use. I am unable to open the files and the one file I did open said it was empty. I’m really not sure what to think right now. I did hear from the customer support but the information was irrelevant to solving the problem. I came here to see if anyone else had similar issues and how they were resolved. There is no refund available because it is a digital product. I’ll keep working with the company for a solution but this has wasted hours of my time when what was promised was a simple planning way to plan activities.

Not at all user-friendly. Such a waste of money.

i bought this product for 29.90 $ and its not working, do not waste your MONEY.

I bought this to my my work life easier. Took my computer geek friend an hour to get Goodnotes loaded. Never Was able to get anything from Mydigitalplanner loaded. They stole $61.50.? Filing a complaint with FTC !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Scam 100% tried 9 times to get help…NOTHING

I purchased this and was not aware that I was going to have to purchase another app to get it to work. I have contacted their support to help me and I have received little to no help. Asked for a refund as I am not able to get it to work and nothing. I have been asking for 2 months now and no one is responding.
