Excellent customer service,quick delivery, great litter
My cat wilson used it straight away, it doesn't track round the house and its been over a week with no ammonia smell

So far so good, normally after a week my house would smell, but you wouldn’t even know I had an indoor cat with this new litter, I love it

Still just 2 weeks in so still trialling it but much less mess and litter tracked around

Fabulous, Pacha is absolutely great.

I was using wood pellets but switched to pacha after reading reviews and I wished I had done earlier. This litter leaves no odour it is lightweight and compact. Well worth changing.

Great product. Used to use catsan, but it never stoped the ammonia smell. Pacha works great and it’s not that expensive when compared to changing litter every couple of days. Highly recommend

I recently bought 2 kittens which I plan to keep as indoor cats. I've always had cats which went outdoors previously, and I was really concerned about having a cat smell in the house, especially with having 2 of them, so started looking into various types of litter and came across Pacha. The fact that it gets delivered free, and has this colour change to alert you if your cat may have any renal issues was a big advantage.

The breeder was using wooden pellets, and when I went to see the kittens, I could smell that dreaded cat smell as soon as I walked into her home - this made me more determined to give Pacha a go, especially as they offered free delivery service, and it came with a money back guarantee if not suitable.

I could smell that smell when using their old wooden pellets litter within a couple of days, so on day 3 I mixed a little of their old litter in with Pacha to transition them as advised, and they took to it instantly!

It's amazing and I would definitely recommend it. Not only does it not smell, but it's also been great for dealing with their soft/ slightly loose poo, as it solidifes it instantly, which makes it so much easier to scoop out.

I've been using it for less than a week, and I'm definitely sticking with it. There is no smell whatsoever!

I will be highly recommending this to anyone I know with cats.

Litter works well cat took to it really simply and far less difficult that previous litter type.

Cannot smell anything from the litter tray at all, very happy with this

Having just got kittens I was using any cat litter which I could smell and it was messy I tried this and have to say I have had it two weeks now and no smell at all and a lot cleaner.

I would definitely recommend it and will continue using it

I’ve been using this for two weeks and really getting on well with it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try something different to traditional litter. Litter doesn’t need to be a chore anymore!

The litter absorbs amazingly and the smell is non existent! My cat Juno took to it instantly. The only issue I had is the litter tray I had Juno seemed to be kicking a lot of the litter out (it was too much trying to keep it at 5cm) but I just bought a larger tray!

Over all I’m impressed. There is a lot less smell less work. Which is a big win. Only real issues is it seems to be spread on thier paws much further than previous litter even with 2 mats to collect the worst of it and I do question the environmental impact of this product.

We love it and our kitty loves it too. Saw her relaxing on it too. Easy to clean really and no odour in the room of pees and poops. It really saves you time cleaning too. Highly recommended

Not messy after the cat leaves the tray love the colour change technology bought a UI my cat developed before it got bad. Living the low no virtual no odours.

All was totally fine with this product until my cats urine started smelling really strong. The granules turned green and I got some anti-inflammatory solution from the vet so fingers crossed that works to stop a UTI. So 10/10 for the early warning. Thanks Pacha.
But the litter now reaks. It is so bad…far worse than anything I’ve had before and I have no spare.
I fully recommend this as a product, but if you are purchasing then do not rely on a fresh supply every 3 months…have a spare in stock just in case. I’m having to revert to other litter because I don’t have a spare pack.
Pacha, please can you have a facility to send out replacements early? Maybe send out 4 in the first batch then 3 for each subsequent delivery. In all honesty the litter which has been fine until now at smell control is radiating car wee stink. It’s awful.
