Ordered Steampunk outfit (coat, shirt, rings, hat, boots and pants) from this site 3 weeks before the Edwardian Ball in SF. I received most items in just under 3 weeks, boots arrived 2 weeks later, so had to procure boots from a different site for the Ball. Items will show as "In Stock and Ready to Ship". Not necessarily true, as the boots showed that they were in stock and ready to ship, but they took 5 weeks to arrive. Everything is coming from Mainland China, which is fine, and quality is decent. However, don't order and think that you will have the items in 1-2 weeks, despite the sites "shipping policy" stating "We guarantee a lapse of time of 1 to 3 business days to process and manufacture your order. After the transport services take over, your order will take about 2 to 3 working days to be delivered." You will most likely NOT have the items in 3-6 business days, more like 3-4 weeks. Again, quality is decent and I love the outfit, but the delivery process and lack of phone number to call, is challenging. Everything was handled through email, but they are not great about responding.

My Steampunk Style website is a joke. Based in China and taking over a month to get my stuff. Just lost $150, wrong tracking information, wrong shipping information. Contacted customer service but they gave me the wrong information as well. I'll never buy from them again and no one else should either.

Bought Dress on the 14th February having paid extra for express handling . On the 27th February I contacted them to find out where my item was . I was told there had been a mistake and they would send out now and refund me the express handling fee However I was to make two more discoveries . Although they take money in USD they are china based which meant I had no chance of getting the dress in 6 working days which is when I need it . Also they are something to do with AliExpress . If you’re looking for Goth and Steampunk outfits stick to Violent Delights and other reputable companies. I have asked them not to send out parcel and refund me however they are now not replying to my messages . I have reported them to PayPal and hope to get my money back that way.
