البوست ده للتوعية والتنبيه بخصوص شركة WE. للأسف، تجربتي معاهم سيئة جدًا. أنا مشترك في باقة أعلى من العادية وبدفع مبلغ إضافي، ومع ذلك باكتشف إن الإنترنت بيتسحب بشكل غير طبيعي. فعلت خاصية الـ Mac Filter من عندهم علشان أمنع أي حد يدخل على شبكة الواي فاي أو يقدر يخترقها، وبرغم كده استهلاك الإنترنت استمر بشكل غريب.
المشكلة دي مستمرة معايا بقالها أكتر من 3 شهور. آخر موقف كان يوم شم النسيم، لما لقيت الإنترنت خلص بالليل رغم إن البيت كان فاضي طول اليوم، ولما كلمتهم قالولي إن تم استهلاك 40 جيجا في نفس اليوم!

قدمت 3 شكاوى قبل كده، ومفيش أي حل حقيقي. والغريب إنهم أول ما عرفوا إني هكتب Review سلبي، اتحركوا بسرعة وعملوا شكوى وخلو مديرة الشكاوى تكلمني. لكن للأسف المكالمة ما أفادتنيش في أي حاجة، واضطريت أشرح المشكلة للمرة الثالثة، وفي الآخر قالتلي إنهم مش هيقدروا ينفذوا طلبي.

كل اللي طلبته إنهم يعملوا Label للأجهزة المتصلة بأسماء أصحابها، زي اسمي واسم والدي، علشان لو في جهاز غريب دخل أعرفه وأفصله فورًا بدل ما نضطر نفصل كل الأجهزة وندخلها من جديد. مرة خدمة العملاء يقولوا ينفع، ومرة يقولوا لأ، واضح جدًا إن مفيش وضوح أو معرفة كافية.

طلبت كمان إنهم يراجعوا استهلاك يوم شم النسيم لأن البيت كان فاضي وأقدر أثبت ده، لكن الرد كان إنهم مش هيقدروا يساعدوني، وإن الـ 40 جيجا مش هيرجعوا.

بصراحة، البوست ده للتوعية فقط: تجربتي مع WE كانت سيئ

En vacances en Egypte, je suis passé dans une agence WE de Gizeh pour ajouter des GO sur mon forfait. Les filles de l'agence m'ont indiqué 200 livres par GO. Je suis passé à mon Hôtel pour prendre du Cash et à peine 30 mn après, le prix est passé à 350 livres, car je sais, les européens peuvent payer. Agence à ne pas prendre.

Et si je pouvais mettre 0 je le ferai..je suis française venue en egypte pour 15 jours, j ai acheté une carte 25euros à l aéroport pour 30gigas ( ce qui est très cher mais pas le choix,seul stand présent pendant le ramadan!!) A 2jours de partir, j apprends que mon numéro de carte a été donné à une autre personne, le service client n'a rien voulu entendre et je repars sans internet..il faut FUIR cette agence..

Telecom Egypt is the worst internet service in the world!

They provide limited quotas like (140GB, 250GB, etc.) at high prices for Egyptians, and people end up having to recharge at least 2–3 times a month, which is very expensive and not practical.

Frequent outages, slow speeds, and very poor service.

It is the worst internet service ever. The internet is barely working and it doesn't work every day there are so mandays that the internet is just not working and their teams don't do anything about it no matter how many times you call or request anything, also their customer service is terrible and most representatives are rude and they can never give you a solution for anything.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with We internet service. The connection is extremely unreliable, with very poor speeds. Customer service is also lacking—when I asked to speak with management, I was told that management is not allowed to call and that I would need to visit them in person—wasting my time and money. Calls are consistently long, often around 45 minutes, and the compensation they offer never reflects what we’ve lost. Overall, this is a terrible service. The customer care is unprofessional, rigid, and completely inflexible. I do not recommend it at all.”

The wifi is barely working while I pay so much money to it and they say it's the bets I want unlimited wifi I know you can because when the centarla burned the speed was insane downt pay it's a scam for your money and gas isnet something that you can touch to sell

كطالب كمان سنة داخل كلية بيحاول يتعلم ولا لاقي نت علشان ازاكر عليه كل حاجة دجتل يعني عيب كده.

We is the worst company ever in Egypt, their customer service is rude and not understanding, they don’t even understand how customer service works, they are out for your money and don’t care about providing you the service that you’re paying for, they’re thieves!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Never seen anything like it. Don’t use them under any circumstances..if you need Internet at home get a mifi

Schlechter Service in allen Bereichen wie e-mail Support sowie im Shop selbst die sch Affen es nicht die simkarte zu aktivieren aber bezahlt hat man in dem saftladen

Absolutely useless, unstable internet. Customer service is helpless, requesting I factory reset my own router instead of addressing the network problems. Overpriced. Forced landline subscription. Exorbitant constant price increases with zero added value. Limited packages in 2025
