This company is a SCAM!!!
I ordered in Feb 2026, for my sons birthday. I kept emailing them where is my product that I paid for? They even showed me a picture of the finished product. It was never sent! Now they say I canceled the order and no refund will be forthcoming. I'm just glad I can vent here and warn other potential clients NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered the 3d image from a photo and got several messages asking me to confirm the photo and that the order was being processed. After waiting and paying I received an email indicating that the order had been completed and my "file" was attached and that I could take that file to a 3d printer to get the item completed

After a month of ongoing communication which was very slow on their part, they finally sent confirmation that I could download my file and take it to a three dimensional printer firm to be made.
I was furious. At no time during ordering or my previous back and forth emails did they say that I would get a file and then have to pay a third party more money to have my statuette made.
Not only that but there was nothing in the actual file at all.
Please be careful of these rip off merchants. Fortunately my bank have refunded me and investigating these deceitful practices.

After seeing their totally generic non helpful answer, this is my reaction.
Just the fact they they are going to check their shipping is a massive red flag. According to them they sent me a file to my iPhone. How do you ship a file?
No answer to my actual facts at all.

Purchased through facebook ad, didn’t check the reviews but $60 was all wasted. After back and forth communication, I ended up with file to download. Scammers to the core.
They seem to also use different names to lure customers.
Communication over emails is in such a way that credit card claim even gets denied.
No products or goods are delivered.
Beware

This company are an absolute scam! Their ad implies that they supply the finished product. (Even adding free postage when there is no end product to post) All you end up with is a file Which you can't open, they tell you to take it to a professional 3d printing company to have your figurine made?
If you have been mislaid by their adverts take my advice and steer well clear you will only be disappointed.
I feel sorry for anyone who was maybe expecting a figurine of a deceased relative as a keepsake or something similar. But this company is only out to hoodwink and solely interested in the money.
