Great experience from my trial to purchasing, the team came in on a Saturday to allow me to come down and collect, have so much patience and understanding, great aftercare and support and Kieran and Matt are very knowledgeable super nice guys, cannot thank you enough for all you have done. 100% recommend myadaptability and an Omeo for getting back out with independence.

Adapt Ability are such an amazing company! Always so quick to respond to messages and they go out of their way to help. I had such a great time with Matt on my trial days before I got my Omeo, who knew a wheelchair could be so much fun! I raised money through 10 different charities to buy my chair and Lisa was so patient and so helpful pulling all the money together to get my chair as quickly as possible. I am so grateful for their continued support. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

All I can say is wow! I had a demo at home with Matt and Christian. I fell in love (no, not with you Matt 😂) with the cool looks and ergonomics of the Omeo even before I had sat in it! Having a go completed a love affair which still continues now, months after receiving my own beautiful orange and black one nick named Tango. It is a strike out for freedom which always delivers. It's comfortable with its standard wheels over small gravel to pebbles, steep slopes, wet grass etc. The Omeo is independance personified. The customer service, friendly and long lasting patience of Matt has got me through lots of self made (me) problems and I'm sure inane questions. Thanks Matt you are a superstar! In my little town it has lengthened and massively increased frequency and the number of my trips in quite considerably. Because of chatting to people who now talk to ME about the wheelchair instead of talking to anybody with me about me! I'm sure lots of you wheelchair users know what I mean. Basically it was see one, try one, raise the cash and buy one.
Everything I have mentioned is without hyperbole. Get a test, go to a try me day and you'll be smitten!

Having a great time with my omeo but have cold weather charging problem with the 12V system.legs not working some times. ???

Having seen Christian & Matt's business-like and emotionally powerful presentation on Dragons Den, I was lucky to have a trial run very quickly after. It was amazing !
Matt and Amelia gave me lots of time and the chance to try the Omeo on various terrains around our 21acre farm. I had a grin the size of a cheesecake after!
Matt and Amelia were both professional, informative and human in their manner , both during the trial and after.
I definitely don't just want an Omeo, but need one! Having always been very active, a stroke in 2020, has rendered me struggling with my mobility, together with associated shock and depression. My trial on the Omeo has given me hope for a better,happier and more independent life.

As a person with complex mobility restrictions. I have spent years and years becoming more and more constrained by my mobility issues.
The best I could ask for was a heavy electric wheelchair, which did the basics but it was a chore to plan days out or even simple visits to the local shops.
For the first time in a long time I am excited about my next wheelchair. The OEMO
Let me explain why,
I contacted the company and within seconds of the call they understood my situation, not only that they invited me for a test drive. When I arrived, they listened to me, understood my concerns. Not just some shop selling equipment who never understand my needs.
It is very rare that I can say that something took my breath away. What a great day, I’ve never experienced such a smooth ride, easy manoeuvrability and actually fun.
Due to my concerns regarding safety I had a million and one questions, every time they spent time and patience with me. Even my husband was impressed.
The Omeo can go off road up curbs, easy turning circle, balanced ride seat but most I felt I was no longer a prisoner to my wheelchair. Which I know loads of us will understand.
Please don’t just take my word for it. Give them a call and try for yourself you will love it.

I had a trial on the Omeo today and there was no doubt in my mind that I really needed this to give me back the independence that I lost, following a SCI last year. Matt and Darren who conducted the trial, were second to none with their wealth of knowledge and advice. They were incredibly informative and very patient with me. By the time they left, I felt that I had mastered the ability to use one and am very much looking forward to receiving my order. I had a trail of the Omeo chair and i was blown away by the whole experience the staff are very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Being a wheelchair user for the past ten years i couldnt belive how amazing this chair is and it dosen't look or feel like a wheelchair. There was no sale pitch afterwards it is just left in your hands, the Omeo chair trial is the only sales pitch you need.

It’s going to be very difficult to match the existing reviews because I haven’t even had an Omeo trial yet!, but for literally years Cristian has been incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and always ‘by return’ (ie immediately!), his personal attention towards ‘creating’ an Omeo for me has been humbling. I am hugely encouraged by the reviews from customers who have completed their journey and acquired their own Omeos…in the fullness of time I hope very much to join them, and in gratitude to the brilliant help, advice and service that I have received from Adapt Ability and Cristian, I cannot wait to reward them with an order!

My wife had a length trial with the OMEO and we both enjoyed the experience. Christian and Matt were very helpful and knowledgeable and there was absolutely no sales pressure. The OMEO is an impressive feat of engineering and after the user has become familiar with its unique characteristics, it can be a powerful force for freedom and fun. I thoroughly recommend you give Adapt Ability and OMEO a test drive.

Everything about buying my omeo through adapt ability has been excellent. Matt and Cristian are friendly and professional, and very patient in answering all my questions! Im still getting used to my omeo but it has been excellent and ive been places i never thought id be able to revisit.

I NEED to be outside for my mental well-being. My MS is slowly making this harder and harder and more exhausting by the day. With an Omeo I could experience and enjoy the outdoors in all weathers with my family once again with minimal effort and maximum fun.

I have the obligatory OAP chariot but can only use this on flat smooth surfaces, for only seven miles and where nobody knows me!
During my trial, Matt showed me how the Omeo would change my life. He did this in an understanding and professional way relating to barriers that so many of us face.
I look forward to working with the Adapt Ability team to introduce the Omeo into our lives. This is truly a game-changer and anyone who is thinking about one should arrange a trial.

The omeo is a great piece of kit, the best I’ve come across in the market. We just have a couple of issues with it which are more to do with me and nothing to do with the chair in itself.

Both Matt and Cristian have been great in providing information et cetera.

Final comment – as a C7 injury I was not sure that I would be able to use it however there were no issues.

I have been looking at the Omeo for a couple of years and finally got to try one.

Normally when you have seen something for ages and finally get to see it, it is often a little disappointing but the #Omeo exceed all my expectations and then some.

I don't want an Omeo I NEED an Omeo - it would be life-changing.

I have cerebral palsy and used to be able to walk better than I can now.

The top 3 things (This list could last forever if I don't do this) that I love about the Omeo is
1) I can go for proper country walks - the terrain doesn't matter and neither does the mud!
2) I can go for miles and not be limited like on my mobility scooter to 5!
3) I can push a trolley around the supermarket
To top it all, while doing ALL the above I am exercising - developing my core strength and not putting a strain on my neck and shoulders

It is an AWESOME bit of kit

Matt's demo and trial is brilliant - he explains stuff really well and he doesn't do any hard selling - the Omeo sells itself and Matt just wants what is best for you - If he could see it wouldn't work for you he would say that.

Purchasing an Omeo has been the best thing about my disability! Paralysed from the waist down I am a permanent wheelchair user. Like anyone in my situation I have struggled with my limitations. Before my injury I had been a very fit and active person with a love of the outdoors. My whole career had been physical and I relied on my strength and physical ability. Suddenly this was taken away from me and I felt diminished in every way. I hated my wheelchair and didn't want to go outside or be seen. Buying the Omeo was a real turning point for me as not only does it help me tackle the outside again but honestly I feel 'cool' on it! I can access places that are shut off from me in my manual wheelchair and Im not good at being told I can't do something! If I go out with friends and family I am now out out front instead of lagging at the back. My mental health has improved massively and I have been able to accept my disability as a result. Life feels good!

I have had two excellent trials with the Omeo - firstly at our home in Winchester and secondly in Devon where we spend a lot of time so needed to try it out on some tricky terrain. Matt has been incredibly helpful. You don't get any hard sell you just get a really sound demonstration of what the Omeo can do and an opportunity to try it out safely for yourself. It's the most fantastic piece of kit and will mean i can access so much more. Can't wait to take delivery !
