Some small delay's with communication, however, its difficult when you are waiting to communicate with vendors in a different country.

There were some discrepancies with the product we received.The quality of the product was below average and unfortunately unusable.
Ashley was quick to troubleshoot and immediately spoke with the vendor and order replacement items - no charge.
The second delivery was fast and seamless.

Mybadges.com, specifically Ashley, has been excellent to work with from start to finish. There was a factory mixup that resulted in us receiving the wrong badges initially and it was fantastic to have someone I could rely on handle everything--including getting the corrected badges made and delivered in about a week! What normally would have been a disaster, or at best an extremely stressful experience, has us already decided on using Mybadges.com for our next show. The finished badges were excellent, came in the rare 4x4 size without expensive customizing, and were a big hit with our attendees.
