We worked with John to help us facilitate our order. Although they didn't have enough immediately in stock to help fill the quantity we needed, John offered to call another location and acquire what we needed and within the short time span required for delivery. (I compare this to a couple of calls I previously made to companies who said they didn't have enough, and that was that...) John called back, having found enough to fill our order, and got it placed in time for expedited shipping. It's nice to find good service alive and well! Cheers!

Who said you can't get something fast, cheap, and with good quality? Ashley got us our badge holders with 3 weeks to spare, they are incredible quality, and for the price they can't be beat! We still have 5 weeks of daily events to go through, but I can tell already they are worth the price! I've used mybadges for many years for my name tag supplies. All staff have been friendly and professional and the orders were always of good quality.
Recently I encountered a situation where I was without lanyards on a Friday afternoon and they were needed that evening. I placed a call to John at mybadges and within 15 minutes a solution was found and by the end of the day had a supply of lanyards dropped off at the venue. The company's customer service was great in the past but this show of dedication was exceptional! I would highly recommend mybadges.

I needed a large size pouch for our lanyards and couldn't find the size anywhere until I stumbled upon mybadges.com Sean called me soon after I sent in my request and was very hands on in the process. I ordered white medium-width lanyards, and I was a little worried about ordering white because I didn't want it to look too bright and obnoxious or to turn out dingy. There was more communication exchanges than was probably necessary to submit graphics and complete the order, but our customer service representative was extremely patient with me and all of our creative changes. The product arrived sooner than promised and turned out beautifully. I was pleasantly surprised by the soft satiny feel. Will definitely return with future orders, and recommend to others.
