The only reason I haven’t left a review sooner is I have been having way too much fun on my new scooter! Matas was extremely helpful and honest when it came to what scooter would be best suited for me. Most sellers would make you go for the higher priced item, however, Matas stated the M365 would do everything I wanted. I ended up getting a M365 and M365 Pro (pro for me and M365 for my partner) Great at replying late on a Friday night, ready to pick up early Saturday morning and giving so much information on the scooter itself and the safety of it. Opening the box and explaining to the last detail, a bonus it comes with a rain cover, vibration dampers and other bits. I am not the most technical but I am confident in knowing if I require any help or I have any questions, he will be more than willing to ask or bring to repair. Great value for money! A star service... there’s as an issue where u writ met address wrong and Matt from mybestscooter immediately messaged me and got the correct info and my scooter was with me the next day after ordering it! Amazing. Since I’ve had it, I’ve had nothing but fun, saved money on petrol and cuz down small commute times by at least half.

Very reliable guys, sent my M365 pro brand new, all sealed within 2 days, post sale assistance of 5*, quick fix to my errors, good advice to my queries. Maybe bit pricey then competition but that's how you jump the queue isn't it? Again Matt is a reliable and nice guy helping on chat line with everything.
