Outstanding company!

Outstanding customer services, fast delivery and great after care!

I purchased the Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter Pro from them and the scooter was dispatched very quickly with full tracking information provided. The scooter arrived very quickly on the following day!

Their customer services are fantastic and they helped me with all my queries, really friendly and supportive.

I'm definitely shopping with them again!

TL;DR Excellent and proactive service; fast delivery!

I accidentally fried my M365 pro's controller board using medium regen braking. Did a bit of research where to get a new, genuine Xiaomi board, and this site popped up in my search results. Long story short, after comparing all my.options including getting one from China, I decided that it's probably the least troublesome, fast and comparatively cheap, than buying it from AliExpress (I live in Sweden, we have quite a bit of fees and taxes attached when orders come from China)

Just a mere 15 minutes after I ordered Matt from myBESTscooter got in touch with me and asked if I wanted him to set the same serial number I had on my last board.

Additionally my parcel was sent out early the next Monday and arrived just 3 days later.

The board works like a charm.

Can only recommend this seller.
