The genetic testing and review was very interesting and Anne was great, went through it all thoroughly. The only issue was it felt very rushed and there isn't any time for discussing or sharing any further lifestyle info that might be important.

I have been taking various supplements in an attempt to combat different ailments and after seeing Gary Brecka online I took his advice and had my DNA methylation test done. I opted for the video call to have my results explained and Tania was fantastic in explaining and giving advice as to the way forward. I finally feel that I am no longer clutching at straws with regards to supplementing and now have a clear path to follow and confident that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to optimise their health.

Like many, I listened to Gary Brecka and was interested in the test after relating to symptoms of vitamin deficiency. Since taking the test and getting a very insightful walk-through my results with Amanda. Her advice on what to eat and supplement has been second to none, 100% I can say I feel better. My concentration, brain foginess, fatigue in the gym, waking up fatigued and feeling lethargic has all gotten better. Very happy with the results and have reccomended to all my family and friends

I have just recently had my DNA methylation test and results. So interesting! I'm keen to find my optimum performance and improve my overall health so was adviseda DNS test is a great way to look at what your body need and how it works. I recently ordered a Methylation Panel test from My Body Fabulous and was impressed by the quick arrival of both the test and results. I had an extra session with Tania, who did an outstanding job explaining the methylation cycles and my body's specific needs. The summary was clear, concise, and tailored to the 'red areas' in my methylation report, providing me with an easy-to-follow protocol. A month into following the plan, I already feel significantly better. It's been enlightening to finally understand my body's unique needs, and I'm grateful for the guidance and support I received.

I found the service really good. Once I received the PDF of my results I had the zoom call with Anne Clark. Anne was brilliant and explained everything to make it easier to understand. I would highly recommend the test as since it's a one off test.

Due to my high cholesterol I started a health journey and went for a methylation test. I had my methylation 30 minute zoom review with Tania. I found Tania very easy to talk to, she gave me alot of information in a short space of time. She was very thorough and informative, you definitely want to download the recording. I had also paid for the additional report which I would recommend as Tania gives detailed information in the report. I read it a good few times to really take all the information in. I was given guidance to do a further test which is OATS this will give me a 360 health plan which I am looking to purchase. I did find it daunting and Tania put my mind at ease.

Tania was very informative and I have our zoom call saved for future reference. As this is tailor made, tania advised that a further OAT test would specifically benefit me. This will help me understand what supplements to buy and which current medication I can phase out.

I had a good experience with Body Fabulous and their staff and I would definitely use them again or refer them on. I hadn't heard of this company before and had found out about them online after hearing about Methylation Tests and after reading the reviews here. I received a larger more scientific report with the results and a follow up Zoom call and short summary report from Anne. The test itself was straightforward and the results were provided at a good level of detail, and the verbal and written summaries were well laid out and easy to follow, and Anne explained the results quite well and in a friendly & straightforward way. The zoom call was packed with info and quite tight time wise, so if you go for a zoom call log on early to be sure everything works ok, especially if you might ask questions!
