Order arrived boxed and well wrapped inside, so bottles were in excellent condition. Bugalugs colognes are lovely sprays, i even spray on pillows now, not just the dog!

Arrived in good time …

I have started to pay by direct debit and this was the second bag that arrived on time ,and is the cheapest I have found Royal Canan adult French Bulldog food .

First time order

This is the first time I have ordered from my bowls empty and I must say I have been really impressed with how quick my order was packed and shipped. Will definitely be using them again. Prices are very reasonable to others. Well done and thank you for such prompt service.

Great Service!

Great Service!! This is the first time I used this company and I set up a repeat and save service for a product I wanted to start my puppy on. The price of the product was very competitive especially considering it included delivery. The delivery was on time and I was kept up to date all the way! Very efficient! The product was packed snd presented very well. Unfortunately the product did not suit my pup. I got intouch via the telephone number provide which was great as alot of companies now do not give a number and rely on e-mails which often take time to be read and require waiting for a reply. I spoke to a lady called Michelle who was very polite and professional. She was understanding of my situation and very helpful and went out of her way to find a resolution for me. Great customer / buyer experience. Highly recommend. Jag.
