Παρέλαβα ακριβώς ό,τι παρήγγειλα, σε άριστη κατάσταση, και πολύ προσεγμένη συσκευασία, ενώ από την πρώτη μέρα της παραγγελίας έλαβα τη σχετική ενημέρωση. Υπήρξε καθυστέρηση στην παράδοση, πράγμα που ήταν αναμενόμενο, λόγω του φόρτου των εορτών. Μεγάλη διευκόλυνση η πληρωμή με KLARNA ! Σας εύχομαι να έχετε μιά καλή χρονιά, με υγεία!

Παράγγειλα Παρασκευή 19/12 πριν το μεσημέρι ηλεκτρονικά και αφού μου είχαν επιβεβαιώσει ότι αν παραγγείλω τώρα θα παραλάβω πριν τα Χριστούγεννα. Μου ήρθε ένα μήνυμα τη δευτερα ότι η παραγγελια παρελήφθη και θα παραδοθεί 26-29. 26 είναι αργία και 27-28 σαββατοκύριακο. Δηλαδή εταιρία και κουριερ μας δουλεύουν κανονικά. Ούτε ένα αστέρι για μαγαζιά που λένε ότι ναναι για μια πώληση. Αν θέλουν 10 μέρες να στείλουν κάτι απο το περιστέρι στο γαλατσι τότε να το κλείσουν καλύτερα.

Σημείο προσοχής αποτελεί η διαδικασία παράδοσης. Σε προσωπικό επίπεδο, η παραγγελία προγραμματίστηκε να αποσταλεί με ΕΛΤΑ Courier και τελικά παραδόθηκε από ΕΛΤΑ και αφού πήρα άδεια από την εργασία μου

I ordered an item that was listed as available, but my order was canceled without any notification. When I reached out for clarification, I was told it was out of stock, which raises the question—why allow me to purchase it in the first place? The whole process feels disorganized and lacks transparency.

Additionally, while the products are often advertised as being “on sale” to make them seem like great deals, the quality is underwhelming and cheap. It’s disappointing, and I can’t help but feel the business practices could be more trustworthy. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The price is competitive, but once you are gonna pay the product becomes much more expensive, between delivery and taxes the product was 31€ more expensive than the price advertised.
Then at the beginning the website said that product was in stock and after 4-5 days they said that product wasn't in stock so I had to wait longer to get them. Tracking is not the best, no much information offered.
The overall exoerienc hasn't be bad, it's true that final price it is normal at the end and they were the only ones that had this particular product. Most likely I'd buy again with them.

My order was delayed because one product wasnt avaliable and I wasnt informed until I called the company asking where my order was.they gave me 10% discount for my next order which is not enough for me after 15 days of waiting.thank you though for the cooperation.

Άψογο κατάστημα κι ακόμη πιο υπέροχα τα αθλητικά παπούτσια ΗΟΚΑ

Τα σακίδια μες στην παραγγελία μου είναι μικροσκοπικά στο μέγεθος της παλάμης μου ενώ τα λίτρα που αναγράφονταν στο προϊόν της παραγγελίας ήτανε πολύ περισσότερα! Για παράδειγμα το κίτρινο σακίδιο η ετικέτα του λέει 8 λίτρα ενώ στην παραγγελία το προϊόν φαίνεται σαν 18 λίτρα ! Πραγματικά απαράδεκτο!
