Made my order, simple, easy to use website. Communication seems really good. Samples are really good, which made me place my order. Yet to receive the order due to stock levels. Delivery seems expensive. O/N MBW16727444

Order didn’t arrive paid £40 delivery contacted so many times, heard nothing.

I ordered samples of three different brick slips. They arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. I made one query with the company for one of the orders where the 4 sample slips were all white in colour and not representative of the different colours that particular group offered so it was difficult to know if they were suitable. I did not get a response unfortunately and so I have yet to place an order.

Fast delivery, still trying to decide which to use. Looking forward to ordering.

UTTER SCAM!! Still waiting on my money back and they are NOT replying to emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Disgusting treatment of customers and they should be shut down

This company is probably a scam .Ordered samples which were delivered so placed order for brick slips at a cost of a couple of hundred pounds .The order was never delivered you cant ring them and emails are a waste of time .They even asked for a review so here it is buyers beware save yourself time and money and shop somewhere else

Fairly sure this company is not legit. Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Changed my mind an asked for a refund before shipment. No communication or refunds. No phone number to call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Assuming they send out samples quickly to pull in orders then they don’t honour the orders.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago including the extra charge for express shipping.
I am yet to receive the items!
I have emailed them 5 times without response. I had tradesmen booked in,but had to cancel on 2 separate occasions.
Very poor customer service.
I am wondering if I will ever see my order which I paid almost £400 for.
Bear in mind when ordering from these...

I have had a number of slip brick samples from MYBRICKWALL - They all arrived in really good time along with being excellently packaged. Because of this I have placed a full order - MBW16727243.
The quality of the brick slips and the choices are fabulous- just which one to choose.
I'm so looking forward to receiving my full order and seeing the slip bricks on my wall.

I placed an order for some samples on 26th July, payment was cleared from my bank on 27th July. Received the confirmation email to say samples would be received within 1-3 working days.
On 1st August, I emailed to check to see a rough time frame as to when I’d received said samples. No reply. A follow up email was sent the next day. No reply.
Messaged them via their Facebook page… no reply. It’s now 12th August where they have not only ignored emails and messages but not refunded the order value as requested in email two.
I bought samples based on a work colleague’s recommendation, clearly I must have done something wrong to said colleague as god knows why she’s recommended this company?! 😂
My order was for only £10.47. I’ve spoken to the bank who will raise a dispute and refund me the value. I’m so glad it was only a sample order and not something with any real value like some of the other poor customers on here.
I noticed they supplied Mrs Hinch her brick slips, I wonder if she would be recommending them if she knew this is how they treated people.

Although the tiles were a week over the ten days estimated delivery time, Customer Service was great in spite of all the reviews I have read on here. Every message was met with an instant response. My delivery charge was refunded because of the delay, even though I didn't actually complain, only enquire. The driver was happy to leave the tiles wherever we wanted and stayed with the delivery until we had checked it. Nothing was broken and the tiles are lovely.

Loved the brick slips and the service but ultimately did not get to order stage. Simply because the slips were astronomically expensive in comparison to other sites. Initially I was just trying to source the right slip but when I did the calculations I realised I had wasted a lot of time and money. I ordered so many samples so the £10 refund was appreciated (though doesn’t nearly cover my sample costs)!

Very efficient and samples arrived quickly. Great quality and going to place an order.

I don't even wish to give this company 1 star, but was unable to leave a review otherwise!
I made a mistake in ordering bricks from this company. My father had just died and my head was all over the place.
I realised my mistake and cancelled my order requesting a full refund. I was told this would happen within 10 days. This has not been the case. 14 days later I had an email saying I would be refunded £10 of my order which mounted to £410.43!!
There is no phone number to speak to anyone, and only automated messages in response to emails and the messaging service.
I cannot afford to be without this money. I'm struggling to cope on part-time wages and universal credit with increasing funeral costs on top!
I have written numerous complaints, none have been dealt with effectively.

Samples came very fast and we were impressed.We ordered the tiles we needed but the delivery has now exceeded 10 days and no contact from courier company.Frustrating you can't talk to someone on the phone to chase, its all live chat that is down alot and emails back and forth.Im sure the product will be 5 star but over experience is frustrating when your trying to arrange contractors.

Absolutely Terrible Company
Whenever you see “Warning – we’ve detected misuse on this page” at the top of a company’s Trustpilot review page that should be a red flag, unfortunately for me I didn’t read the Trustpilot reviews before I made my purchase, I wish I had it would have made me think twice!!
I ordered a few samples from this company which were dispatched quickly and received in a couple of days, clearly this is a way to draw people in and purchase more items from them, which I did. How I am regretting this now!!
I placed a further order for several packs of brick slips at the beginning of July and to this date nothing has arrived despite the company stating on their order confirmation that delivery would be within 3 – 10 days. A couple of days later I did receive an email offering me a small refund on my order in return for me to leaving them a “brilliant review” even though I hadn’t received my order.
the only way to contact this company is via “Live” chat (and I use this term loosely as it is clearly a bot) or via email. There is no phone number for this company even though if you use the live chat to chase up a delivery the bot says it cannot help and you need to phone the company which is impossible as they don’t have a number. Despite a number of emails chasing an update on my order there has been NO communication at all from these people.
AVOID MY BRICK SLIPS AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU’LL GET NOTHING IN RETURN!!
I would strongly recommend that anyone who has had a bad experience with this company to report them to Essex Trading Standards.
