We had a truly wonderful experience with Bucket List Events at the Milan Winter Olympics this year. We had previously booked with them for the Paris Summer Olympics in 2024, so choosing to work with them again was an easy decision — and they absolutely delivered another seamless trip.

They handled all the major logistics, including hotel accommodations, airport transportation, and organized tours. When their original hotel plans fell through, they quickly secured an alternative that honestly turned out to be even better — it was located right next to Milano Centrale station, which made getting around incredibly convenient.

They also provided group escorts to tour locations. While my husband and I are comfortable navigating cities on our own and didn’t always need this service, it was clear how valuable and reassuring it was for many travelers in the group.

A special thank you to Rich, Karine, and Jana for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout the trip. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great experience. Their responsiveness and professionalism helped build a strong sense of trust, which makes a huge difference when traveling internationally for major global events.

Throughout the entire experience, the team was easy to work with, well-organized, and focused on creating a stress-free travel experience. We would absolutely book with Bucket List Events again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-planned and seamless Olympic travel experience!

BLE did an excellent job of lodging for us. In Milano our hotel was located near the train station for easy transport during our stay and we were more than satisfied with the lodging/restaurant. In Bormio we stayed at the hotel that housed the Swiss men's ski team. The 3 days we were in Bormio, the Swiss team won gold on each of those days and the energy at the hotel was electric. We loved it.
BLE also did an outstanding job of procuring event tickets for us. We had tried it ourselves and found it challenging so we were grateful for the help/support.
In addition, BLE organized optional tours, one of which we opted for and were very happy with.

Attending a summer Olympics event was always on our “bucket list”. The only problem was we did not know the first thing about making it happen. Thank goodness for The Bucket List Events team. Not only did we attend the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris but we also attended the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan.

Yes, both the summer and winter Olympics were spectacular. Yes, Paris and Milan were wonderful. And yes, the Bucket List team working behind the scene from the start to the finish made our “bucket list” experience so much more relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

I wasn't sure what to expect from "Bucket List" but they far exceeded my expectations. Even with a "Curve ball" thrown in, where the original hotel went under they were able to find another within 3 weeks of the event and it was beautiful. They provided assistance every morning if we had questions or needed additional tickets. I would use them again.

We had a great trip to the Olympics! Bucket List Events employees were great. Very helpful and friendly. Our accommodations, travel and tickets were great! They made the trip so much easier than trying to do it all ourselves.

The experience proved to be an easy and reliable way to attend the Milan Cortina Olympic Games. Communication was consistently responsive, with every query answered promptly and clearly. Although the original hotel unexpectedly went into receivership just weeks before the Games began, the situation was handled entirely behind the scenes, and the first indication of any issue was simply the arrival of new accommodation details. The transition was seamless, and the replacement hotel turned out to be excellent, with a fantastic location that enhanced the whole trip. Overall, the service was impressive, and I was extremely happy with how everything was managed.

Booked a trip to Milan for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Rich and crew kept me well-informed and were very easy to work with. Made everything easy for me.

- [ ] It’s a very appropriate name for the company. My husband has been talking about skiing in Cortina as having been on his bucket list for the last 15 years. All of a sudden the winter Olympics are in Cortina and he finds the Bucket List company to help put us in Cortina. They were very helpful from the beginning. We dealt with Rich and Ben from their office. They let us know exactly what was going on, what to expect from the trip and how we might be able to enhance our experience with tickets and transportation. It couldn’t have worked out better. We get to a fantastic accommodation the Pontechiesa Hotel, a perfect boutique European hotel, and we met Toby. Toby greeted us upon our arrival. He introduced us to other folks that were on the trip, which turned out to be a lot of fun. He explained to us the best way to get around town and suggested other events we might want to consider since we were so close to some of the venues. The other guest really made this wonderful with Bucket List orchestrating things. We met the parents of some of the athletes and cheered them on altogether. We actually skied ourselves. It was just a great Olympic experience and we couldn’t have had a better travel guide host than The Bucket List.

I am not sure what I fully expected from this trip but Bucket List Events far exceeded them all! Macy's Day Parade was the definition of a bucket list event and it was the communication, planned events and seamless process from the entire team that made this vacation unforgettable to my family.

Already planning our next event to book with Bucket List and more to come in the future I am sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I share our experience with Bucket List Events with great pleasure. I travel a great deal and have used other companies but never have I had the FANTASTIC TIME like the Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. Everything was perfect. Everything they promised happened exactly as laid out. The hotel was in the Times Square area, easy walking distance to everything, bus to see the Balloons, Breakfast/Brunch street level as the parade went by followed by seeing the Rockettes and a Broadway show. Everyone who worked the tour was outstanding. Thanks Connor

My husband said on his bucket list was to go to the Army/Navy game. Was so happy to discover Bucket List Events to make his wish come true on December 13, 2025. Connor, Ben & Brad were terrific. Every detail was taken care of (hotel, tickets, getting to & from the game). My husband & I were thrilled with their enthusiasm and attention to making sure we had an amazing time. Have been telling everyone about their wonderful company. Looking forward to future trips.

Connor did an outstanding job managing the parade day even though there were historic rains in Pasadena. Seats were great both at parade and the football game. Ability to keep things on the bus allowed for a change to dry clothes and shoes for the football game. Communication via email, at the hotel and during the event day was terrific so everyone knew where and when to meet up. Hotel Sofitel was wonderful. All in all a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Conner for any Bucket Lists event.

Traveling with Bucket List Travel Agency was like an ideal vacation with your parents—relaxing, worry-free, and exceptionally well-planned. From the moment we arrived, everything was scheduled and fulfilled by this agency, ensuring a seamless experience. While attending the 2025 Army/Navy game, our seats were upgraded to the prime section on the Navy side, right on the 50-yard line, offering an unbeatable view of the game and the lively atmosphere. All of this was coordinated by our skilled and capable leader, Ben Cantrell. With a strong command of the area and a friendly, approachable manner, Ben expertly directed the luxury bus into a prime parking lot, making our arrival stress-free. He constantly checked in with everyone, making sure all our needs were being met. I look forward to future trips with Bucket List Travel Agency, and you should too, if you want a travel experience that truly goes above and beyond expectations.

We attended the 2025 Army-Navy game. Everything was as expected, or better than expected. Extremely well organized, good communication at all times, and literally removed all the headache factor and allowed us to simply enjoy the spectacular weekend.

The Macys Thanksgiving day parade 2025 was a big disappointment to me and my family. We were deceived as to the viewing of the parade we thought we were going to get a prime viewing area but we were far behind rows of people crammed in a small area not even close to being enough space for all the people in our group. All we could see were the balloons and the top of the floats. The small children in our group could barely see anything unless their parents put them on their shoulders but then this would totally block the views of the people behind them. The brunch was good but very disorganized and no one was given specific instructions as to when or where to get the food or the viewing etc. glad I asked questions and got outside in time or else we wouldn’t have been able to have a spot in their viewing area at all. The other events planned in the our trip were good but the watching the parade was supposed to be the highlight of our trip and ended up being a huge disappointment. I would have seen the parade better from my tv in the comfort of my own home.
I don’t know how Bucketlist Events plans their other events but I would 100% not recommend the Macys Day Parade to anyone unless they change and get a prime viewing area and better organize the day for their clients. Especially how much we payed for this trip the parade day was not worth it.

Excellent experience. The entire time was well planned by Connor and the team. We had always wanted to experience the Rose Bowl stadium, and this was the best way we could have done it. The parade was awesome, even with some rain. The game was great too. We are already thinking about attending the Octoberfest event in Munich sometime soon!

We really enjoyed this once in a liftime (for us) trip to the Rose Bowl. Bucket list made it easy so we could spend more time with our travel companions and enjoying the event rather than chasing taxis and reservations and tickets

Absolutely incredible! Do yourself a favor and stop planning—just book with Bucket List Events. My mom and I attended the 2025 Thanksgiving Day Parade, and the experience was truly phenomenal. Every detail was flawlessly executed, with nothing overlooked. Communication was seamless and effortless from start to finish.

The brunch location was perfectly situated right along the parade route, allowing us to soak up the excitement without being caught in the crowds. Bucket List even had a reserved, cordoned-off area where we could enjoy the floats, step inside for hot chocolate, and take breaks whenever we needed.

Our tickets to the Rockettes show and Broadway performances were outstanding—we had front-row seats for both!

Huge kudos to Ben and the entire team. You went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for an unforgettable trip. Thank you for creating such a special and memorable experience!

I am happy the service they provided

We were picky. We wanted the full Oktoberfest experience but only when we wanted it. We wanted to see a bit of Munich on our own, but we also wanted a little bit of a guided tour. We wanted a hotel that was close to everything we wanted to see, but that would serve as an oasis from the joyous chaos of Oktoberfest. We didn’t want to have to think about transportation. Most importantly, we wanted to be shepherded through the beer tents without having to think about any of the details. We wanted to drink beer, eat good food, and dance with the best of them. And when we wanted to chill, we wanted to chill.

Bucket List Events checked off all the boxes. A smiling driver met us at the airport the minute we cleared customs, and kept us entertained all the way to our hotel. The Hotel Kraft was charming! We wanted an old school, German experience, not a Hyatt or Hilton. The staff there took care of us wonderfully, getting us into our room early so we could sleep off the jet lag.

I do not understand how our guides are able to coordinate so many variables so perfectly! People arrive on different days, sign up for different activities, stay in different hotels, and yet Connor and his crew nailed it. If we forgot any details, all we had to do was to look at the custom program that had been prepared specifically for us. It had been sent to us before our departure, one of several pieces of information advising us about food, beer, attire, and history. All the documents were clear and concise.

Our guides managed every aspect of our time in the tents. In the middle of all that joyous confusion they still managed to spend time with everyone in the group, and we never had to worry about ordering anything. When I erred about paying for something extra we’d asked for Peter was right there to help us out with no embarrassment to us at all.

This was exactly the Oktoberfest we’d hoped for. Kudos to our hosts and guides!
