Fabulous trip, really well looked after.
Our rep - Kelsey Differ - was just so attentive and helpful - really good service. The trip itself was smooth and slick with barely an issue worth mentioning - very impressed. Would certainly recommend and use again, especially as we messed you around quite a lot with changes!!

Just returned from a trip to Canada with visits to Banff, Rocky Mountaineer train to Vancouver & then Vancouver Island. Must compliment My Canada and Richard Turnbull who advised us and arranged our itinerary. All went according to plan and made our life very easy. Would certainly recommend the company.

Great communication when I was booking the holiday originally. Gavin was really great with my backwards and forwards tweaking things.
The holiday was amazing, had a wonderful time. All the accommodation was great, ease of dropping the rental car and picking up the Rocky Mountaineer was great. All the information sent was very detailed so easy being in the right place and time to pick up our cruise was super.

Had the trip of a lifetime, the itinerary put together by My Canada trips was superb and went without a hitch. All pick ups and excursions worked. I also felt MCT listened and understoid what we wanted out of the trip.

Fabulous fly drive tour of the Rockies. All accommodations were good.. note if customers are arriving at Jasper on Wednesday or Saturday, this clashes with the arrival/departure of the Rocky Mountaineer so should have been advised to book dinner. We couldn’t eat in the hotel after our long drive and the Forest Park is situated out of town. We were promptly told of the rearrangement of our itinerary due to the wild fire and moved to a most suitable alternative. Would definitely recommend.

We booked our trip with Richard. Extremely well organised. The trip went smoothly from start to finish from Toronto to the Alaska cruise with the Rocky Mountaineer in the middle. All accomadation was of a high standard. I would definitely recommend My Canada Trips .

Great service and great holiday, My Canada Trips kept us informed regularly of any changes/updates. They even pre booked our flight seats both ways. All hotels were high quality and our trip on the Rocky Mountaineer Train was totally amazing as was the Columbia Ice Fields. All tours went ahead as scheduled apart from one which the local operator had cancelled in error - however this was resolved on the same day and an alternative offered which was even better and they covered the price difference. Would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of going to Canada.

We had an amazing trip from east to west coasts on the via train. Stopping for 3days at Jasper. Food on the train was first class and the changing scenery from prairies to the Rockies was awesome. The 3hotels we stayed at we're great especially the Jasper inns and suites. Canada Trips organised it very well and customised it to include a week near Winnipeg to visit relatives, before heading home.All in all a wonderful holiday. From the start I have had an excellent experience from "My Canada Trips". Their service and communications have been great.
They provided me with a tour package which filled all my needs. The itineray worked well throughout the trip with enough down days included to give us much needed down time between trips.
I would certainly consider using them again in the future.

The hotels on the whole were great with one being excellent and only one with a negative impression.

Just returned from our Canadian holiday. I must say that we've had the most amazing and wonderful time.
Started in Banff on to jasper and the rocky mountaineer to vancouver and over to vancouver Island.
And just can't believe how wonderful the whole thing was. Just like to say many many thanks to mycanadatrips who organised it for us.

An Amazing experience arranged for us by My Canada Trips. They Tailor made our fly drive to our requirements and added in some great side trips. Flights, hotels, ferries and car all very good .
Communication was brilliant too, any questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The staff were very knowledgeable, Tegan was a great help.

Just returned from a 3 week holiday in British Colombia and it was a great trip. Lots of driving but worth it. The hotels were great,just one blip,which couldn't be avoided. We arrived at our hotel in jasper at 7-30 in the evening for a 3 night stay to find the whole town had no electricity due to the forest fires but after a few phone calls my Canada trips sorted out a hotel for the next 2 nights a big thank you for doing so excellent service. Would book with them again.

Everything worked perfectly and went very smoothly, from the flights, hotel bookings, right down to the taxi transfers which were very easy to book and provided an excellent service.

Recently returned from a fantastic Canada adventure with an itinerary which was pretty hectic for a fortnight. Everything went better than expected and the experience and memories will last for a long time. I cannot thank you enough for the advice and support and would definitely recommend to others looking for a similar holiday.

Our holiday in Canada was wonderful but it did seem that the itinerary had been planned by someone who hadn't been to Canada or possibly just not to British Columbia. Very frustrating at times.

Excellent holiday to the Canadian Rockies plus an Alaskan cruise. My Canada Holidays were brilliant at putting the holiday together and providing timely and detailed information so that the whole holiday was trouble and worry free [with the exception of the pre-cruise covid test with the anxious wait for the result - could not be avoided but all OK which was a huge relief].
