New tyres pulling to one side
After EV new tyres and alignment I wasn't happy with the steering wheel pulling to one side.
On returning to MyCar and inspection everything seemed in order but was still pulling. The problem was solved by swapping the front tyres over. Persistence paid off. Thanks for the knowledge to try a few solutions.

Money gouging
Numerous attempts at upselling a wheel alignment, then incorrectly diagnosing uneven ware after a wheel alignment with a full service 2 months ago.

Excess engine oil was left uncleaned in…
Excess engine oil was left uncleaned in engine compartment then got burnt with huge smoke when I left the shop. That really scared me.
Staff needs to clean everything after service‘s done.
