Probably the worst experience ever.
I clearly explained which Tyre required changing due to a past puncture repair. I asked this to be written on the job doc.
When I came to pick up my car the Tyre was not changed and was told the spare Tyre was a different size, which was not the case.
the worker on the desk was patronizing and very difficult to understand. quite incompetent. Unable to follow simple written instructions. I would never go the garage again.
