Let me know any issues with the car, Knew I needed it ready by a set time to make it back to work and it was ready earlier than I needed it and they let me know when it was ready.

Need training in customer service
I'm sure I won't have any problems with the new alternator on my Honda, but the service yesterday could have been friendlier from both the owner and the mechanic that did the job. I am a long term customer there and the attitude towards me is not always as professional as it should be. Jason is always very professional and friendly, but he was not there.
