More than 10 years
Have been going to MyCar Altona Meadows for over 10 years. These guys are so friendly and professional, I couldn’t possibly go anywhere else. I am grateful for having such an ongoing trustworthy experience.

The 5 stars are for the staff who were…
The 5 stars are for the staff who were fantastic. I booked on the website which wasn't a 5 star experience: It was hard to find my local branch which is listed as 'CE Altona Meadows'. The booking didn't go through to the branch until the scheduled day and when they called to check the tires were ordered the web booking had failed to do that as well. Website also forces you to enter the FlyBuys membership number instead of the barcode number that's actually required.
MyCar, please fix the website so it doesn't let down the excellent staff who despite website issues still got my tires and finished the work on the scheduled day.
