Such a helpful team, roads around here are troublesome, i keep getting screws and nails in my tyres, the tyre care plan means the repairs are free. The staff are helpful and will fit me in quickly so im not without my car for more than a couple of hours. Thanks team!!

The staff were so helpful and very informative about what might happen and the possible cost.

The advice I received from Derek the manager of the Altona shopping centre store was invaluable regarding the servicing I needed on my air conditioning unit for the car but to top it all off he gave me a quotation on tyre replacements that I did not ask for but was unaware that I definitely needed to know about great job

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

1. Giving me a list of potential problems in my car that are unnecessary. Its to play with peoples mentality that car need to be fixed when its actually still in good working order.
2. Charging me $70 for a headlight bulb H7 , when other mechanic just give it to me with no charge to make me come back.
Will never go to My Car ever again.

Great service with quick availability at a reasonable price. Web site is rubbish for booking and costing, it looks like it works but always freezes up, just phone them.
