Took vehicle to repair puncture (nail). Same day booking done. Mycar ended up replacing my tyre instead at no charge as still under warranty. Very happy customer.
I wasn't expecting to have 1x new replacement tyre done at no charge.
Highly recommended. You are covered by warranty with ALL their sites!

The man I spoke to in the call centre…
The man I spoke to in the call centre when I was booking my car in quoted and ordered the incorrect tyres. When I arrived the branch manager had arranged for a suitable replacement at a suitable discount. Very pleased with the service I received
