Dismissive. Booked in for the oil leak and fix air con. Dropped off at 8 and had option to pick up at 11am. They never told me it was ready. Went in at 3 to find it parked in the same spot and they said they were still working on it. Picked it up at 4:30 and they charged me $600 for the service (very quick for a big service) and said they don’t have the capabilities to fix the 2 issues I booked in for regardless of knowing these issues a fortnight before booking. Seem like basic mechanics that only really can change oil.

Everyone very nice and polite, was sent a message and given a phone call when car was ready.
Generally I good place to take car to get fixed, serviced etc

The staff always treat you with respect and as a retiree that is important. Trust is the key knowing I am not getting taken advantage of. I will keep coming back for my yearly service

Easy to book on line. Love that I could pay with Afterpay, splitting my payment in 4 equal fortnightly amounts to pay off. Friendly staff and neat reception. My car is in great shape and I am impressed with the road side assistance for a year that’s been included now after my service. Very happy. Thank you.

The guys kept me informed along the way. I knew what they were doing and what the cost would be.

I booked my car in online for basic service at 1.30pm, selected a 3.45pm pickup time, prepaid online, and also noted in the booking that I needed globe and wiper blades.
When I arrived, the front desk staff member came across quite abrupt and repeatedly told me they would not have time to do any extra work because of the late booking. I explained that I had already included the globe and wipers in the booking notes, but I felt talked over rather than listened to. I understood larger repairs may need quoting, but a globe and wipers seemed fairly straightforward.
I returned at my selected pickup time and noticed the car had not yet been moved. Eventually they completed the service and later advised the globe and wipers needed replacing- which were the exact items I had requested at booking. They sourced the globe from Repco across the road and were only able to get the front wipers , which was perfectly fine.
The actual service work seemed fine in the end and staff completely work were polite. However, the customer service experience at the front desk and communication throughout the process could definitely be improved. I later noticed I had been charged for 3 wiper blades instead 2, although they are happy for me to return for a refund.
Overall, not a terrible experience, but a smoother process and better communication would make a big difference.

Just no fuss service for a reasonable price

Popped in to My Car Baldivis because my son has been driving around on very low tyre pressure and I wasnt sure of PSI required. Cam assisted straight away, thanks Cam much appreciated. So accommodating and helpful. Cheers Team 😃

I only give 3 stars, because of the cold reception. Obviously not a people person .
On collection, however, got very nice, pleasant treatment, from another man.
Was given a list of repairs needed, which had already been done by Toyota recently.
Not really a good impression this time.

I managed to get my appointment even with short notice, got my carb fixed by the time
I requested. The staff have excellent customer service. They even called me a day before to remind me of my upcoming appointment.
I can’t fault your services

We have used mycar for years now and have always been extremely happy, however, we recently had a car of ours serviced that we were getting ready for our son to start learning to drive and it came back to us with a warning on the dash for the Tyre Monitoring System. When I picked the car up nothing was mentioned about this. As this was not a log book service I had asked what was involved before booking the car in and was told they would scan for faults. I feel if this was done they would have noticed that there was a fault and either fixed it or contacted me to ask if I wanted it fixed… regards Frank
