I was told on the phone that the total amount was $938 then when i wanted to pay online it was over $1.3k. I was very disappointed, then i called and was made to look like a fool. I wasn’t happy at all.

Quick efficient and friendly went in with flat tire it was fixed and put back onto car done very quickly much appreciated on a hectic day for me

I called and with a tyre issue was able to get in within hours. The issue was greater than expected but they came up with a solution that was affordable and still timely in terms of repairs. Very much appreciated the professionalism and support.

I was quoted over $70 for wipers. I declined and went elsewhere. I had new ones fitted for $23! I am elderly female and wondered if price goughing was common . I am disappointed overall as really only had oil and filter change. Battery was new so no need to test . Felt like brief look over.

Over the past few months i have had my vehicle in 3 time. There were delays in parts which was not communicated. The original service was supposed to include a full report which was not provided. The service also was completed with lose suspension. When the parts arrived which were intended to repair the hand brake and cruise control however the cruise control was not repaired and advice on the same was not advised. On returning the vehicle I was advised that the lose suspension had been attended to, but the cruise control could not be repaired and it was suggested I contact an auto electrician.

Great, polite service. Answered all of my questions, explaining what problems there were with my car.

Polite, seem to be efficient close to shopping as well.

The staff at mycar Kangaroo Flat were brilliant. They were helpful, courteous and professional. Everything they did on my car was explained to me in an easy to understand manner. They also explained what needed doing before my next service and gave me a very reasonable quote. I will definitely be taking my car back to them.
