Been using mycar for years now, but first time at Bentleigh and the team are great, professional and great communication

Great service, very friendly staff explaining what had to done. Great crew at mycar Tyre & Auto in Reservoir Victoria.

Good services, a bit was late but it’s ok .

I rang up early Afternoon,to advise,I had a Tyre,with a Puncture,to be repaired.
I was informed to bring it in at 4:00PM.
I arrived about 3:40PM & was told to wait for it.
I only had to wait,a short time.
I was very impressed,with the promptnees,in attending to The Puncture.
When they were finished,they swapped the Repaired Tyre over with The Spare Tyre.
They put The Spare Tyre back & everything else,back in The Boot.
I have no hesitation,in recommending East Bentleigh My Car,to anyone.

Bentleigh did a great job fitting and balancing my new tyres.
Keen pricing and excellent customer service.

Ease of getting an appointment for service and was exactly advised what will be done in service. The car was ready on time for pickup.

A completely useless business and terrible service manager, Phil was at best incompetent at worst a willful liar.

Ordered tyres over the phone and booked fitment.
MyCar then rescheduled the fitment due to the tyres not arriving on time.
I called 2 days before my rescheduled appointment to confirm it was still to proceed. Poor guy in the contact center said my time was still in their system but this store wasn't answering their phones to confirm they had the tyres.
I turn up to the arranged booking time, low and behold they do not have the tyres, "arriving some time this afternoon, but don't know when" so I reschedule and am told it can be done while I wait next week.
Arrive to my next appointment to be told it would take 2.5 hours to fit the tyres. I come back 2.5 hours later and they haven't even started the job and their whole team is absent. The service manager Phi;l then assured me they would start in 5 minutes as soon as they return from break, an hour passes and I have to ask why they have yet to start on my car despite assurances. Phil took no responsibility for his appalling service and outright lies.

Easy to book appointment and wait time wasn’t long. Service was efficient and they rang to check about tyres prior to completing it.

Phill is just amazing, always going above and beyond and answering our 1 million questions.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Can you tell me f my sisters now got three new tyres or just two on the front ?

Car not ready on two occasions. Part hadn’t arrived till the following day and not notified so went without a car even though I could have used it. The part came and was missing a bracket, yet I was still charged the full amount even though the part wasn’t complete. Had to wait till after 6pm to collect as work not completed. Couldn’t get through over phone to check on pick up time, and was left on hold for over 20 minutes. Never got back to me. Brought car back as still has issues. Have been. Coming here for a long time, as normally good service. After all this, staff are friendly

Car got accepted right away; staff gave best advice; car fixed in good time and very reasonable price. What's not to like?

Great service, kind people, good price.

I booked my car for a logbook service online and when I arrived was told that the online price was wrong and I would have to pay more. When I then asked for a refund and said I didn’t want to proceed the manager then said he would go ahead at the price I paid online. On returning to collect the car no one came out to serve me and I was waiting over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement.

Bentleigh Mycar-
I found the owner and the man replacing the owner on Thursday 30/5 and Friday 31/5 to be very courteous and extremely helpful.
Can I suggest that when they were waiting for a part we could have had a phone at the end of each day to say what was happening. This may not have happened as I know the boss was sick, but it was disappointing
