A very busy Saturday morning but the Manager, Chris (I think) squeezed me in to have a tyre puncture repaired. He said it was common these days with all the tech screws etc bouncing around in Tradies utes and sure enough we found a nail!
An excellent female mechanic repaired the tyre while I went shopping to nearby ALDI and Bunnings.
We were back on the road in record time. Great customer service and customer understanding.
Thoroughly recommend this local business to anyone.

The overall experience is nice.
But they initially told the tyre is chargeable.
I hope your system is upto date to check the customer previous records, so this error doesnot happen.

I tried to lift the tyre from my boot but it was too heavy. Chris came out and removed it for me and took it into the workshop.

He was friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I have already recommended your company to my friends. I live in a retirement village.

It’s taken me a little while to jump on here and leave a review because I couldn’t find the right words. I would like to thank Chris and the team at my car Bethania for the excellent service I received. I have had nothing but dramas in the mechanical world recently while attempting to get my car seen to, often dismissed by others or told I was wrong. Chris listened to my worries, went over my VF again to inspect what I was concerned with so we could be sure, and saved me thousands by rectifying the actual issue. My car has been nothing but a dream since the day I picked it back up, I highly recommend the team at Bethania
