Great service from Chris and team. However, I had an issue with my battery, which was replaced but I had to find and correct the fault myself (there was a knife stuck in the boot which was causing the boot not to shut properly, leaving the light on and draining the battery). Would have expected this to be picked up during the service as there was a light on on the dash. Otherwise, very satisfied with quality and care of service and battery replacement.

The staff were really helpful and efficient. Once they realised that I was waiting while my tyres were being replaced, they got everything done even quicker than expected. They also took the time to explain a few things when I had questions about upcoming maintenance, which I really appreciated. Great service all round!

Fantastic staff with great explanation and useful information

I went in and got a quote which was worse case. I booked it in to be looked at on the Saturday, they looked the car over and then gave me a quote which was half the original price. They could have went with the original quote I would never have known but their honesty was greatly appreciated especially for a female.

Chris explained the work needed to be done on my car - providing a detailed quote and even giving advice on which jobs were the most urgent.
The work done that day was competitively priced and completed within a timely manner.

The actual mechanical part of the experience should be okay. My son-in-law checked my invoice and future repair suggestions. My frustration came after I took possession of my keys. When I opened the car door I found the drivers seat at the furtherest position, as always but when I tried to move it forward found it jammed tight and I didn’t have the strength. It was a struggle. I have a small cushion on the seat and that was all twisted. Really small things but they matter. Especially when one is not well. Do better please.

Very courteous, good mechanics, well priced servicing. I use to go to Toyota only with my RAV4, but go to these guys now. Will continue to have them service my car.
